Great carry option for your G43
I am so happy with this clip. When I bought my G43, this was the first thing I looked for to carry it but it wasn't available yet. I used a different "zero bulk" option until this clip was available. The Techna clip is so minimalist, its crazy. The difference between the two is at least a 1/3 of an inch, 1.12" vs. 1.48" overall width at the widest point I could find. The fit of the back plate was perfect, the finish of the clip was nice, and the hardware felt quality. It took less than five minutes to install and less to convert back if I wanted to. Very solid once it is installed. I was worried that it might ride too low, but it rides fine and has a nice cant to it. I have forgot I had the gun on a few times so far due to the lack of bulk. If you don't have a problem with using your clothes and body to cover the trigger, this is the way to go, There should be a kit that has the clip and a trigger cover for those who prefer more trigger protection. The clip was shipped the same day ordered and arrived 5 days before the estimate date.

IT WORKS!...
A Really Neat Item: I lately bought a 'Mid Sized' Glock 19 as i decided in todays world perhaps more firepower is better sic? Now everybody has their own ideas and theory of the bast way to carry a Gun!. Now from what Ive seen the best way is what works best of you etc. As if you don't like Kydex and i don't, And you arent hot on wearing a shoulder harness, Or say a leather clip on?. This could be the Best Deal for you!. Basically its kinda like a giant 'Money Clip' where the Pistol rests inside your trouser line. And the clip itself rests outside the waste/belt line!. Yes some years back I'd had a 45.cal set up like this but that gun was a bit heavy for my liking!. The Glock 19 being quite a bit lighter and shorter works a lot better for my needs!. This is really a sweet deal to carry a mid-sized pistol discreetly, But also to have in emergency a fairly quick Draw/Response time sic!. Note that 'The Clip' is flippable so the Gun and 'Draw Position' can be altered to work for those either of "Left or Right" handed use!. PROS: A Fair Price!. Simple but Rugged!. Install it Easy!. CONS: Do watch what type of pant belt you wear as that could slow the Draw! In Hot weather do wear the long t shirt underneath as perspiration will rust a gun fast!. If you shoot a lot, Do use locktight to secure the screws so they don't come loose?. But when alls said and done this is a neat and low cost way to carry a Glock!. Nuff Said: IndianaED

Ditch the holster!
I tried every type of light bearing supposed most comfortable style holster for apendix carry(G26 W/TLR-6). Spent hundreds and hundreds and nothing compares to this, just simple and a normal feel. No bulk, no poking, least printing and fits the G perfectly, no interference of operation, looks good, clean and the clip is stout enough to assist with emergency racking . Absolutely a must have for EDC, getting a few more now and plan to add to backup G26 and will try on G19 for more stormy weather. *Side note- Techna clip makes a mag carrier clip, ordered one to try out.

Great minimalist carry option and great customer service
Pro's. Innovative mount. Reversible for left or right side. Great minimalist carry option. Con's: Covers up the serrations on the slide and doesn't provide the same amount of grip that it covers up. Seems a bit weak for the weight it supports. If you're going to be in situations where you would have to run or jump, I wouldn't trust it for front pocket or boot carry as shown on the packaging photos, although IWB with a belt still holds well. IWB carry isn't very comfortable compared to most dedicated IWB holsters since there's no extra material between you and the firearm Update July 7, 2018: I haven't used or carried my Glock 43 at all since I installed the Techna Clip nearly one year ago. I took it to the range today and got home and tried to disassemble and clean it and I found that the slide won't come off the receiver. After a lot of trial and error, I figured out that the problem is the Techna Clip slide back plate. The plate interferes with parts on the receiver and won't let the slide off of the receiver. The same parts rub on the plate when installing the slide onto the receiver but they don't catch and jam. They only catch and jam when the slide moves the other direction. Setting the Techna Clip plate side by side with the factory plate you can see that the Techna Clip plate it's visually taller. Swapping them back and forth onto the slide proves that the factory plate allows the slide to come off easily and the Techna Clip plate causes the slide to jam and not come off at all every time. The Techna Clip slide back plate is aluminum and I'm sure I could file it down and make it work, but that will also remove the black anodizing. Techna Clip claims to have a lifetime warranty. I'm going to contact them and see how it works. Will update on that later. Update July 13, 2018: I e-mailed Techna Clip on July 8 with a description of the problem and a photo of the part that showed where it was catching and the anodizing was chipping off. They shipped me a replacement slide cover plate without me having to ship the old one back to them. I received the replacement today and it works perfectly. Customer service really couldn't be much better!
