Worked very well once I figured it out
First, read the instructions and maybe watch a video or two. Like others suggested, I pulled apart fittings and added thread tape to make sure it wouldn't be an issue. Second, if you connect the air and turn it on and it doesn't start pulling a vacuum, it means there is a leak somewhere. I had to pressurize the system to find a pressure release at the bottom of the overfill tank and plugged it. Once the hole was plugged I was able to draw a vacuum. Third, it installs easily, just make sure to test the gaskets. Again, read the instructions. Fourth, having a second person to help make sure the coolant in the new bottle doesn't run empty and suck air is a good idea. Last, even after the second time of vacuuming and filling, I still pulled a vacuum a third time and got more air out. Quality is okay, but the kit is $50. It looks good and fit my 3018 Pacifica reservoir perfectly. The storage case it nice and allows me to easily put it up out of the way.

Efficient and Mess-Free Coolant Refill Tool
The JIFETOR Cooling System Vacuum Purge and Refill Tool Kit made changing my vehicle’s coolant incredibly easy and clean. It uses vacuum pressure to eliminate air pockets and draw in coolant smoothly, which helps prevent overheating issues later. The kit includes four adapter sizes that fit a wide range of cars, vans, SUVs, and trucks, making it very versatile. The fittings and hoses are sturdy and well-made, giving a secure connection with no leaks during use. I really liked the carrying case—it keeps everything organized and easy to store. The process was much faster than traditional methods and didn’t require any bleeding or topping off afterward. Overall, it’s a great tool for both professionals and DIY car owners.

Got the job done
Worked for my Audi even though I couldn’t get the reverse pressure as high as they showed on video. May have been my pancake compressor.

Complete junk
Very Disappointed in this product didn't work properly? Cheaply made broke the valve completely off, just turning it to the on position disgusted, wouldn't recommend this.

Great Tool for the Shop!!
This vacuum/fill tool works well. Easy to use and has a great amount vacuum power. Everyone out there should know that if you have a good air compressor with a fitting attachment quarter inch USA female quick connect you have all you need to get the vacuum going. The kit comes with a tee connection that is used to create the vacuum inside your coolant system. The manual says you need a vacuum machine but you don’t! All you need is a good air compressor that can maintain 80 psi. Worked on my 2008 Explorer straight out of the box. Best Buy for your Buck;)

Heads up! You’ll need to put Teflon tape on EVERY thread fitting
Bottom line up front, if you buy this, you’ll need to take 30 minutes, take everything apart and put Teflon tape on the threads. Did a fair amount of research, and most people said this was “good for your money.” I more or less agree with that statement. The pressure garage seems accurate, the expanding o-ring forms a good seal, all the fitting appear snug when hooked up. However, when I went to create a vacuum, I couldn’t get close to -.8 BAR (24 CMHg) It would get close and then suck in aid from somewhere. That meant I had to ensure my cooling system was not compromised... a pain. Then, I took apart the tool and used Teflon tape. After that, everything worked as expected. I circled the fittings in red in my attached picture. I’m unsure whether or not I’ll return the tool and ask for a replacement. Perhaps, I got a bad tool, perhaps it’s bad manufacturing. I’ll contact the manufacturer and let them know.

Worked pretty good.
I didn't need to seal fittings. They were so tight I was only able to get one joint apart without a huge amount of force. I sealed that joint and decided to give it a shot as is. Worked perfect. I did have a problem when I got the water level too high and it got coolant into it. After that, I could no longer get full vaccum but it does state to have radiator etc. empty so no fault of device. I was able to get the air out of system and do a full fill of coolant. Good investment so far. I put a little PBblaster into it after rinsing it out to keep it from rusting for future use.

Fits perfectly
Definitely an amazing product for the price. Fit perfectly on my 2017 Audi q7. Unit held pressure. I replaced my PCV and doing so I had to remove the coolant tube and hoses. Easy to use as long as you have a compressor available and worth buying. I didn’t want to bleed the system the old school way so I decided to give it a try. Works great!

Funciona, pero necesitas considerar un compresor mediano de unos 100 litros

It works but the air hose fittings don’t suit Aussie style air hose connectors
