Natrol Biotin Max 10000mcg

I have always had thin, wispy hair ever since I was a child. Since going to college it has gotten even thinner. A part of this may be due to nutritional deficiencies and also most likely too much drinking. My hair has gotten so thin to the point that my part went halfway down the back of my head. I started taking this January 30 and my what a change in my hair. I take one in the morning with my breakfast. It has only been about 6 weeks and my hair is so thick at the roots already. It has also grown about three inches! Annoyingly it seems like hair everywhere else seems to grow a lot faster too (eyebrows, leg hair :( ) but it's a small price to pay for luscious hair!

Beware. I broke out very badly and my face got very oily. It just didn't go well with me. 1 week since I stopped using it, my face is finally getting itself back to normal

This product is the best I been seeing lots of improvements in my nails. I have the tendency of biting on my nails , my nails were nasty looking and brittle at the 3 week of taking this product my nails started to grow strong and very healthy along with my hair I been noticing hair growth . I totally recommend this product like I said it takes weeks to notice and you have to be consistent meaning to take this product EVERY SINGLE DAY NO SKIPPING. This product is so worth it you get three bottles for 21 dollars in any other stores I used to pay 15 for one bottle , this product is the best if you want longer hair and stronger nails.

I have been using this product for a year and I am seeing some results (impressive in some areas). However the hair growth is more in some areas I do not want an increase and slow in areas I want to see more hair. Despite that unwanted hair growth, I think the product works. After all if it is for growing hair, you cannot selectively decided where the hair growth will be. I guess that would be asking too much. Overall a good product and I would recommend it, from my experience.

My hair has actually stopped falling out! The hair at my part is coming back in. Overall seems stronger and is growing like crazy. This product worked for me. I do see a difference in my nails. I have always had very fragile nails my whole life, I have been trying multiple multivitamins for years. I have seen a better result on my nails since taking Biotin. I can't comment about my skin.

So... here's the thing. Biotin is great. But 10000mcg is a LOT of biotin. For me, my body decided the excess biotin was best excreted through the pores in my face, so every time I took this supplement for a few days, I'd break out. So I started to cut them in half. Still broke out all over my face. Tried cutting the halves in half. Not breaking out anymore, but definitely not seeing any kind of difference in my hair or nails. I wouldn't personally recommend this product. Maybe it's just me.

My nails are a lot stronger! Unfortunately I also have a lot of peach fuzz I didn't used to. I actually waxed my nose because it had fine blonde fuzz that I hope no one else noticed. Point being--it definitely works, but you may find yourself covered in blonde downy fine hairs. I'm calling it worth it, my nails are stronger than ever and I'm sure it will help keep me looking young.
