Corestretch Medi-Dyne Core Body Exerciser

I bought this product on a whim and was not sure it would be any good. I have suffered from a L4 L5 disc herniation for years and I already owned a load of products such as foam rollers, massage balls etc. I thought this would be a good device for helping me stretch and traction my spine and I must say that I think it works very nicely for this purpose. I regularly practice yoga and although yoga is great you can only stretch so far without the aid of someone helping you. This device acts like a person pushing you that bit further for that really deep stretch. It is also plenty long enough for me at a height 6ft 4in as I was concerned the adjustment would not cater for someone of my height. I think this product makes a great addition to my collection of massagers and exercising kit.
