Basic Portable Massage Table, Black

Folks, I hurt my back and have been going to physical therapy for a few weeks now. I am 73 and am pretty sure that I will need to continue this process at home after the insurance stops paying for this treatment. Accordingly, I am buying products to help me heal. This is product is at least as nice as the one that I use during my therapy and at a very reasonable price.. I feel like this is a quality therapy board and like that it folds and fits perfectly in my hall closet. I am not able to use my bed (too soft) or the floor (too hard) and am glad that this product is the perfect height and comfort to do my daily exercises. It take less than 5 minutes to assemble and disassemble, so that is a real bonus when preparing to exercise and put the product away when I am finished. I am really happy with this product and recommend it to family, friends, and others who need an easy to assemble and disassemble place to do your physical therapy at home. Enjoy!

One of the BEST purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon! I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome so daily physical therapy is extremely important for my condition. But, I don’t always feel good enough to leave the house to keep up with my PT on a regular basis at the center I go to, especially in the winter. So, when I found this table I was SOooOOOoo excited!!!! First, I couldn’t believe how affordable it was & thought it was too good to be true. Upon opening I was overjoyed with the quality of this item, very similar to the ones at the centers I’ve been to - I was stoked! I’d say it’s fairly lightweight to carry around &/or easy to transport in a car if needed & the handles are very well-made & heavy duty. Set up is very simple with few steps, almost like a pop-up. Upon using the table I found it to be extremely sturdy & very comfortable. Very easy to clean when done then fold up & tuck away in a closet or maybe under a bed. My only wish is that it came with a head rest so I could get in-home therapeutic massages. Overall, I am BEYOND thrilled with this purchase, it exceeded my expectations & could not be happier!!! Love this table! I use it to do stretches and hand weights up off the floor where the dogs can’t lick me. Perfect support for hip flexor stretches. It had a very small tear on the side, probably from shipping or unpacking, but a piece of black duct tape fixed it right up.

My original review is below. I have updated this and given extra stars because the manufacturer's customer service shipped me a new set of safety support bars. The new bars could be attached, albeit only by forcing a slight bow in the bar. Once they were in place, the table proved to be sturdy and well suited for the purpose of allowing exercises. The customer service interactions were entirely by e-mail, and went relatively quickly. I bought this so my wife could do exercises to restore her leg function at home. When I went to set it up, the "safety support bars" that are needed to prevent it from collapsing in use proved to be too long to attach (it looks like the holes for attaching them may have been drilled too close to the ends of the bars). Other than being unusable unless you are willing to take the risk of having it collapse under you, it looks like a nice table. I'm contacting the manufacturer and may update this review depending on the response.

Like others who have posted here about this table, I purchased it for doing PT stretches and exercises rather than for massage. Because I'd had 2 knee replacements, I found the floor too hard to maneuver; a bed was too soft. The table was easy to set up and is very sturdy...no movement. The foam padding is sufficient and comfortable. The black upholstery appears to be durable. I considered the price reasonable. I cannot comment on the ease of folding the table because I have never tried to fold it. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and I would be glad to recommend to others.

I have always done all my stretching and exercised on the floor. With age this was getting more difficult. I have always wanted an exercise table to make it easier. Then I developed a herniated lumbar disc and needed to spend time on my stomach and back. The couch and bed were not good options.. I asked my physical therapist about purchasing a portable table and she thought it was a great idea. I found this on on Amazon Warehouse for less than $120. It came quickly, was easy to set up, easy to adjust the height, and easy to put away when needed.. It is very sturdy,, I weigh 150 lbs. and have never even felt a wobble. For a couple of months I probably spend about 70% of my waking hours on this table.. I topped it with my yoga mat for extra padding as it probably wasn't made for the amount of time I spent on it. I no longer need it for my back therapy but use it every day for my stretching and strengthening routine.. Great purchase for me.

When my husband had his second knee replaced we knew he needed a flat surface to be his exercises. The floor was not an option because with a brand new knee getting up and down to the floor was not an option and the bed was too soft. This table was excellent. The price was withing reason and the product is extremely sturdy and easy to assemble. My only negative is there are no instructions included to disassemble the table. I was able to figure it out in about 10 minutes but a diagram would have been nice. Readily folds for easy storage. I am glad we purchased this and highly recommend it.

This is a great massage table. It’s very sturdy, very soft, has several adjustable heights, is reasonably light and is wide enough for customers that need it.
