Q: How long do the batterys last for ?

Battery's will depend on how you set cam's up I have my cam's at 80% movement and 30 secs record. Battery's are on 3 months plus which is not bad. You purchase the Arlo recharger with battery's to match which sort term expensive but long term cheaper. Hope this helps

Q: Can this be put in a car for security?

I'm sure it can, providing it's within the reach of the router that's connected to your internet. If it's outside the house on the drive etc it should be ok as they are made to work on the exterior of the property.

Q: can this bracket be used with a mains adapter for Pro2 cameras? others i have bought prevent the cable from attatching.
