I've used a lot of muzzles over the years on many different animals (not just dogs). THIS muzzle adds the benefit of fitting the muzzle (which you do first time you use it) then the head band. The fit is then PERFECT making it extremely comfortable for the dog and most effective for its use. The muzzle will allow me to help my rescued adult dog become less reactive when meeting other dogs, making his and our lives happier. The cute design helps other people from reacting negatively when seeing my dog with a muzzle.

This muzzle is simple, sturdy, and effective. The material feels durable and well-constructed. My dog was still able to eat, drink, and move his mouth slightly, but it served its intended purpose well. Although I ordered a size too large, I was able to secure it by wrapping and fastening the Velcro for a proper fit. However, if your dog is resistant to wearing muzzles or tends to bite, expect some difficulty putting it on. It took two people and several attempts to adjust it correctly, which is why I deducted one star. This product should not be worn for extended periods, and no muzzle should be used in hot weather, as it can restrict panting and lead to heat exhaustion. Overall, it’s a well-made muzzle that performs as expected when used safely and appropriately.

I like the print and the Velcro option to better fit the muzzle. Unfortunately, it doesn’t stay on if you have a dog who constantly claws at it which makes it come off. We purchased to deter from trying to eat things outside and muffle barking at neighbors. Since used occasionally, it somewhat serves its purpose.

Super cute patterns and works great! Got this for my foster pup who’s scared of everything and everyone and has growled and lunged at people before. I wanted an open muzzle so I can still provide treats for muzzle training and water access. My foster’s muzzle was between sizes M and L, just on the cusp of L measurements. I decided to get the large just in case, but it was too big circumference wise. Exchanged it for a medium and it fit perfectly! (See pics). I would not use this for aggressive dogs/ very reactive dogs, as it is not secure or strong enough. Source- I’m a dog trainer and vet tech. My dog did not put up big fuss about the muzzle. She wears it quite comfortably. The fabric is very soft, is not rough to her skin.

Got this on time. My dog had it for about a. hour before he destroyed it. He got it off - I tightened it. He got it off again - So I tightened even more. stepped away to use the restroom and he had it chewed up. Not good for Australian Shepherd Or any dog determined to get it off.

Great for my dog who gets a bit anxious and defensive around new people. She has learned how to remove it if she sneaks out of sight and it doesn't stop barking what so ever, but it is comfortable and fits well because of the adjustable Velcro and band. It is also great because she can still have water and eat her favorite yogurt as a treat while she is wearing it. Good quality, but your dog will still bark like normal.

Got it on and the dog had if off withing minutes. Not enough grip to keep it secured.

A good design, easy to fit on my dog. I think I got a size slightly bigger though, so the velcro overlaps a bit, underneath, but it still works well.

Comfortable and sturdy, does what it says.
