I needed a good basic and adjustable kettle bell for daily squats and knee strength exercises. The handle shape (with V sides instead of vertical sides) is right so the weight can be partly supported by the palms when doing front squats. I have no plans of using it for circuits which would need constant changes neither would I be slamming this thing on the ground. The price was right and the device matched my need.PROS- Inexpensive- Sturdy for most kettlebell workouts- Has the right handle shape for front squatsCONS- Weight plates are not the same weight (but it's a relatively small difference).- It's not a quick-change adjustable kettle bell. You'll need to pay almost double for those.- You need to put the unused plates somewhere.- The plastic lock might not stand the test of time but I suspect it will be just fine for me.

This was a gift for my sister and she loves it! It seems as of the weights are easy to change out and she uses it during her workouts regularly.

A great kettleball that gives you choices with the removable plates. Well made, now to get to work with it.

Well nade - easy to change weight

I love it! Easy to use and great to mix things up. Great price too!

It’s easy to go from weight to weight and great for all kettlebell moves, except for the snatch. Typical kettlebell’s have 2 flat sides and when you snatch, those flat sides lay nicely on your forearm. When you snatch with this one, it’s round all over and the plates have “sharp” edges to them. So when you snatch, it hits hard and with those edges they hurt a bit. After 2 days of using the kettlebell my forearms were sore from getting hit by the kettlebell, started to bruise and had slight scratches. I even tried being slow at the top of the snatch so it doesn’t hit my forearm too hard, it helped a bit but messed up my form focusing on going slow. I cut up a pair of long socks to wear on my forearms to act as cushioning and that actually helped the most when I did a full strength snatch without going slow.That’s really my only complaint.
