I’m not a coffee expert, but I wanted to try making pour-over at home without spending a ton, and this Hario V60 kit has been great so far. It was really easy to set up, and the instructions were clear enough that I made a good cup on my first try. The dripper feels sturdy, and the glass pot looks nice on the counter. I was surprised how much better the coffee tastes compared to my old drip machine, cleaner and smoother. The filters fit perfectly, and I like that everything is lightweight but still feels well made. If you’re thinking about getting into pour-over coffee without overcomplicating things, this kit is a solid choice. I’m really happy with it.

This kit was a great value for money given buying the individual parts is approximately 20% more. The package came swiftly, as expected from Amazon and their third part sellers. As soon as I got it, I went straight to work to tinker my daily coffee recipe to the Hario V60. The V60 is the gold standard as it comes to pour over coffee and it shows with this set. It is an excellent set for anyone coming into the pour over game (I assume that diehard coffee connoisseur would already have this). Since I got it, I have used it every day. It is super convenient to make a single cup of coffee into the actual cup. This helps remove one extra piece of glassware from being cleaned. This is my go-to piece of coffee equipment and cannot praise it enough. Thank you for the excellent value.

great purchase, nicely packaged and makes great coffee

Been playing around with different coffee brewing methods. The V60 is my second pour-over. This kit is fantastic! All the pieces are top quality, and quite honestly I was a little shocked and now nice all the fit & finish turned out to be. Love the glass severing pitcher too. I was a little worried about it, but it's proving to be a tough little guy. Great gift for someone wanting to try this type of brewing.

This kit is the cutest thing ever. They thought of everything. It is the most adorable little glass pitcher that your coffee goes into with a tight cap you can put on after you’re done pouring to keep your coffee warm. It also fits on my coffee cup after my coffee is poured. Their system for the cone is absolutely perfect. I have made the best coffee I’ve ever made with this little kit. Follow the instructions for your pour over, spending about 3.5 minutes, and you will have the best cup of coffee you’ve ever tasted. It’s definitely important to start with freshly roasted coffee, ground about medium fine, and use a Pour over kettle. I highly recommend this kit.

Great pour over kit! Glass pot has glass handle - better looking and easier to clean! Even the lid is glass! Ceramic Dripper is much better than plastic one in similar kits, just by knowing that it's not plastic) Heavier and better feeling. Probably better temperature climate for brewing coffee. Arrived very fast. 2 days UPS by USA. And received it by NovaPoshta in 10 days in Ukraine. Not shattered - which is very nice :-) First brewing of coffee - and it is next level comparing to french-press brewing! Coffee has much richer smell and tastes absolutely different! Tried on Ethiopia Sidamo coffee. Waiting on Kenya AA Plus! And looking forward to try other kinds of good coffee) Just try this once and you'll never return to french press!

I love this product for the quality of coffee I am able to produce. But, the lid on the carafe has a terrible design flaw: the dripper cannot park in the lid. The dripper is very unstable if you try to park it on the lid while those last few drips fall out. The lid appears to have been intended for that purpose, but it fails. So I end up needing to keep a spare saucer or mug onhand to park the dripper. Seriously Hario? You thought to put the perfect little notch in the gasket for pouring, so you have well thought out designs. But the topper issue is such a sad miss and it really frustates what would otherwise be a beautiful coffee experience.

It arrived in time and It took me a while to learn the technique but once I got it and used the 4:6 approach I finally was able to make a perfect cup of coffee at home. Even better than most coffee shops here. It’s not very difficult to learn just takes time and totally worth it. Quality is excellent and I just love it love it. I’m giving it 4 stars because packaging was not great as the box was squished but thankfully nothing was broken.

Dieses Set ist super für alle, die mit der Drip-Methode Kaffee zubereiten wollen. Der Kaffee ist angenehm magenfreundlich, schmeckt gut und läuft gut durch den Filter. Der Hario-Keramikfilter hat ein Loch für den Kaffee zum Durchfließen im Gegensatz zu anderen Keramikfiltern (zB hat Melitta drei Löcher). Die eine große Öffnung führt dazu, dass das Wasser besser durchfließen kann, dh das Kaffeepulver brüht nicht zu lange und wird dadurch nicht bitter. Die Glaskanne ist robuster als ich dachte und ist wirklich schön designed. Seien wir ehrlich: der Plastik-Messlöffel ist unsinnig (ich nutze ihn für Waschmittel mittlerweile): Wer wirklich guten Kaffee brühen will, sollte sich eine Waage besorgen und berechnen, wie viel Wasser auf wie viel Gramm Kaffee verwendet werden sollte. Ich habe dieses Set für meine Praxis gekauft und war so begeistert, dass ich es nochmal für zu Hause nachgekauft habe. Mittlerweile brühe ich meinen täglichen Kaffee nur noch mit der Hario Drip-Methode!

It is packed poorly. It came broken and rather than go through the hassle of returning it and paying for shipping I glued it back together. Looks ugly but it works. Makes great coffee.
