I liked the fact that it was dainty but well made. Details were excellent and the music box made it so special of a gift! The main character holding the nutcracker was exactly what I wanted!

Like the musical nutcracker. It is a great enhancement to the project theme. Like the quality and style.

Amazing quality. I’ve never gotten an item from them that was subpar. Clara looks annually stunning, and the detail on the nutcracker was amazing! Usually being that small the faces can be wonky.

My neighbor’s little girl is taking ballet. What could be more appropriate to give her for her Christmas gift than a beautiful music box that plays music from the “Nutcracker “ and has the lead performers going round and round to the music. She will be delighted.

This came damaged, but I decided to try to glue it since I couldn’t get another one in time. I used E6000 glue & it has been great! It broke at her ankles.

This music box is a gift for my granddaughter. I had taken her to the ballet. It is a perfect rendition of the ballet The Nutcracker. I am sure she will cherish it and have fond memories of the ballet.

It took a while to work. We finally got it moving after it was wound too tight. A little cheap.

Don't know how so many people have given positive reviews. To my utter dismay, the product looks cheap and tacky and resembles a cheap plastic gimmicky toy. Definitely not the quality that I expected from San Francisco music box company.
