Niacin Tablets, 100 mg, 110 Count

My go to niacin tablets. Have tried other brands but these always seem to give the best results. Slight scent to them that i can only describe as the smell of the niacin flush feeling. Maybe because the smell of the tablets makes me instantly remeber the flush. Nice dose to start with 100mg if just starting nacin. On an empty stomach the flushing can come on quick but for me it doesnt last cery long (approx 30 minutes) this is dependant on you though as everybody is different. Works fast. My skin always feels so nice afterwards, like it tightened up a little bit. Gives a slight "you're glowing" look (most likely because it increases blood flow to the skin by way of the nacin flush. The flushing can be uncomfortable but the no flush version doesnt provide the same benefits as this type. Small tablet that is easy to swallow. Considered low strength. But a good everyday dose.

The only kind I like. The niacin even in the same dosage from other supplement suppliers don’t do it. I even went into a store and still ordered these. Half priced at Wally world tho

I been taking these everyday for health reasons. After much searching on Amazon I found this at an amazing price. I got it to try it out. I started just taking 1 tablet a day, then two, now I increased to 3 for a total of 300mg. When I started taking the 1-2 tablets , I didn’t feel the burning. But with the 3 I did feel it. It was burning and have tingling sensation going through my skin like 5-10 after taking it. It isn’t all that bad if you can handle it. It only lasts a few minutes. A few minutes of the uncomfortable and it will help my health, I will take it and endure it.

This product works great if you want the flushing effect. That is the reason why I bought it. Also, they are 100mg so it's easier to adjust the dose of trying for first time.

After taking on pill I had redness, itchy arms, face and chest and intestinal upset. I really recommend everybody to stay away from this supplement.

doc suggested 500mg niacinamide for 'what ails me'. after researching, I am led to believe niacin is pretty much the same thing but with a flush. I wanted to start lower than 500mg (these 21st century brand are 100mg) and figured at 625% rmd, they maybe would help. no bad reaction so far, and the tablets are easy to swallow, about the size and shape of an asprin. after taking them for a few weeks, I will edit if they seem to be helping my energy, mood, skin... 6-week edit - taking 1/2 pill a day, I am getting that 'flush', feels like pins and needles all over my skin. happens right away and lasts for 15-20 min. other than that I don't feel any different, just have to hope they are doing me some good somehow...
