I used this long time till happen lost in storage so I got this back it help us less sick

CAUTION: DON’T BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They will not assist you if you are not pleased with the product. The smell is too much and not what we expected. We are not happy with the water capacity or the scent. When we contacted the seller to return it, they told us that we couldn’t. We will never purchase from this seller again and caution other buyers to beware. I never write bad reviews, but their customer service is lacking and it needs to be known.

Exelente producto

I was pleasantly surprised at how much smaller and easier to use it appears from ones at least 30 yrs ago. I have used it yet,but so far so good!

A Dr once told me to get a humidifier for my young son & I asked “why not a vaporizer since it is essentially sterile humidity?” She hated me after that. Also you have to put salt in the water. Everyone knows that right? I just loaned mine to my adult son & he texted “this thing doesn’t work”. Like a few reviewers here. I should have told him about the salt. After that he reported it worked beautifully. No salt no steam. Peace.

I followed the instructions, added the salt after several tries and can’t return it, even to Vicks. So frustrated! Bought it from Amazon because I am sick and can’t go out and can’t be replaced nor reimburse.

Day 1 - Product barely works. Amazon tells me it's not returnable yet there is a 3-year warranty. I think it's good-bye amazon.
