Finally, this hard to obtain movie at an affordable price.Great sequel to FRIGHT NIGHT with the wonderful Roddy Mcdowell as the 'fearless' vampire hunter.William Ragsdale reprises his role as Charley Brewster from the original (with a new love interest played by the lovely Traci Lin) Julie Carmen seeks revenge for the death of her brother (The vampire Jerry Dandridge)together with a crew of freakishly funny vampire undead. A very entertaining vampire film with good picture quality and sound and all at a reasonable price.

I had to have this film since I am a completist in all of my films. It is a good and bad habit. In this case a good one. The sequel to Fright Night is going for outrageous prices at the time of my purchase of this Spanish version but I am glad to have it. If you buy this version you will have to remember to change the audio to English if you can't speak Spanish. This is a fun movie and it has wonderful effects and a wonderful performance by Roddy McDowall. Roddy is not talked a lot as a genre actor but looking back he has a good resume of TV and Movie Genres such as Planet of the Apes in which he did both film and a TV series. In horror shows such as Twilight Zone and Night Gallery. Movies Legend of Hell House, Fight Night and this sequel. I bring this up since as I said I feel he is neglected and he really does fine job with his performance in this movie.

Been trying to find this film for a while so pleased to get it ordered it on Saturday came on the Monday in great condition and disc played well

Arrived as described Spanish import but with English, once you change settings and remove subtitles You also receive a leaflet inside from joe advising how to change settings on your menu so you wont get frustrated trying to change the settings which is a great touch ! you get a hd version of an old very rare quality 80s movie . Fright Night is such a cult classic but so many people don't know about the original sequel which is also amazing. it came brand new and wrapped . ( got to say it felt like Christmas watching this ) its like watching a new movie, transforming your old vhs rubbish quality to blu ray !

Fright Night 2, German '84 Entertainment import DVD. Region 2. Solid sequel with humour, not quite a good as the first. More vampire battles, set in a large Gothic apartment complex. Beautiful head vamp & a lot of fun. 2.35 anamorphic, no cuts, gorgeous VHS style box. It's expensive, but worth it. Extras: trailer, some German text stuff. Plays in English, Removable subs.

The sequel they should never have made. I'd tell you not to bother, and that it lacks all the magic of the original - but I know your love of the first film will only compel you to watch it, just to be sure. Don't say I didn't warn you...

La Secuela inmediata a la primer película con los actores originales Roddy McDowall y William Ragsdale es muy inferior frente a su antecesora, pero igual se disfruta ver de nuevo a esta singular pareja de mata vampiros. La película es prácticamente imposible de conseguir en otro lado y la imagen del Blu-ray es bastante decente en esta edición de España libre de Región que se agradece enormemente y por eso le doy las 5 estrellas. El envio fue muy rápido en tan solo 3 días para ser una película importada y llegó en perfecto estado. La caratula de esta edición no es muy de mi agrado, hubiera preferido la portada original con el edificio, pero siendo lo más importante la película, no pongo peros. Incluye Audio y Subtitulos en Inglés y Español (de España) yo normalmente veo las películas en su idioma original con Subtitulos, así que esto no fue un impedimento para mi a la hora de adquirirla. Si también eres fan de Fright Night y la quieres para tu colección, no dudes en comprarla ya que quién sabe cuando saldrá de nuevo en otra edición.

This import is the original 1988 film Fright Night: Part II. As far as I'm aware this Spanish import is the only official release so far. But worry not if you are a fan as this film and its's features are indeed in English. And the disc is region free so it can be played anyware.. As for the film, this is an an absolutely gorgeous transfer of the film, I was more then surprised, all the colors (especial Ragine's red dress are rich and vibrant. The dark blacks are nice and inky and the deep blues cool and crisp. The is only a few out door night scenes where the image is a bit soft. The sound track is again a beautiful dts for the English track. Standard 2.0 for all other languages. The special features are pretty bare with only a 2min theatrical trailer, and a audio only track of Deborah Holland's come to me. (Theme song of the film)

Nones tan buena como la primera parte pero sigue siendo para mí una gran película. Además es la primera que vi de las 2 partes y en el cine cuando era pequeño, simplemente me encanta aunque sea por nostalgia. La calidad de imagen y sonido siendo para una película de esa época, sin apenas presupuesto y que además no cuenta con un remasterizado espectacular cumple de sobras, para mí de 10. Incluso se ve mejor que cuando la vi en el cine en su momento. Para mí un imprescindible
