Best ginger biscuit I have ever eaten
We had these in the UK while vacationing this summer. They taste like a Ginger snap and A shortbread cookie had a baby. They have actual pieces of candied ginger in the biscuit and they are delicious!

Delicious, especially "with a cuppa'," (cup of tea). A bit spendy, but just what was needed for a very special occasion.

Delicious Cookies but Do Have Palm Oil in Them!
The cookies themselves are tasty and delicious but unfortunately these are not made with only butter. There is palm oil in these cookies so I was not able to indulge in more than one that I ate before reading the ingredients. With this brand I just assumed it would be all butter like the shortbread. Not! You live and learn. But if you like ginger and can handle palm oil these are great. ~The Rebecca Review

Chewy Ginger Cookies--But Not Worth the Price
I love ginger snaps, but sometimes I'm not in the mood for the "snappy" part. I tried Walkers Stem Ginger Cookies on a whim. The cookies are chewy, not crunchy or snappy. They are thicker than regular ginger snaps. The cookies have a great ginger flavor without the heat that sometimes comes with ginger. There are small chewy bits of ginger in the cookies. While I enjoyed the cookies, there wasn't anything all that special about them to justify the price. I will not be buying them again.
