Worked at once.
Noting Amazon's warning that this product is often returned, I did wonder if it would work with a basic NOW box over ten years old. No need to worry, it worked at once, and seems solidly made.

Useless
Don't waste your money. This remote was meant to be compatible with my NOW tv box. It comes with no instructions. After searching on YouTube I eventually found a demo but the remote still didn't work.

Bargain price and works perfectly.
Bought as a replacent control for a 10 year old Now TV box (not sure if the box is version 3 or 4) but whatever it is the remote woked instantly.

Great replacement control but the shortcut keys don’t all work
Great little replacement remote with all the short cut buttons to services we use, sadly last 2 buttons don’t work, seller promptly replaced with another item that again sadly last 2 buttons don’t work.

Great replacement remote!
Needed a new basic Now TV remote as old one no longer working. This one exceeded expectations! Price is great, it worked instantly without fussy installation, great added buttons for Amazon/ YouTube/ Netflix etc shortcuts and after a few months with my 7year old constantly grabbing it, dropping etc, it’s still going strong!! Would recommend
