GoFit Super ElastiLoops Resistance Bands - Resistance Training Loops

I've been using the red band (one size lighter than this blue band) but decided it was time to increase the resistance. The blue band is a good step up and much more challenging than the red band. It's quite a bit wider so hand grip can be challenging on some exercises because this band really pulls back on your hands. Just something to think about if you don't have big hands. I'd say mine are average for an adult male. The quality of these bands is very high, very thick strong rubber. I never had any problem with the red band so don't expect any with this one. They're on the expensive side but worth it to me.

This is a heavy duty cloth resistance band with a no-slip surface on one side that makes it excellent for a variety of resistance exercises, especially for leg work. Comes with a nice, modest manual with recommended uses. NOTE: it is not long enough to place behind the shoulders and do arm presses or to stand on to do squats or substitute for dead lifts.

Does the job, but make sure to keep an eye on its wear & tear, so you can replace it when it gets old. Good rubber bands, but try not to extend it beyond its limits.

Good quality but I gave it one star to get attention. The band arrived in a cellophane package that must has gotten water in it during storage. There was a very bad, musty odor that actually remained on my legs after I took the band off. I didn't return it because I thought I could wash it out. After two washings with mild soap as directed, the odor has decreased but it is still present. Other than that problem, the band is well constructed and presents a uniform force as it is stretched.

These resistance bands are fine and work for exercising, but be careful when using them. I was rushing and didn't have the band securely under the middle of my foot before I pulled on the band with my hands. So the band got out from under my foot and flew up at me with speed & hit me just below my eye. I was OK, but the eye doctor told me she sees lots of serious eye injuries caused by resistance bands. Be Careful.

I am doing my workouts virtually these days, needed an item to allow for resistance training and this fit the bill. The band is of outstanding quality and is quite versatile. Highly recommend this for all types of workouts.

I purchased one (for my traveling fitness bag) GoFit Blue Super Band, which is labeled at 50 lbs-120 lbs of resistance, and two GoFit Black Super Bands, which are labeled at 60 lbs-150 lbs of resistance. I tested all three bands one at a time by stepping on them with both feet and putting them around my neck. To my surprise, I felt a lot more resistance from the blue band than I did from both black bands, which was the opposite of what I expected since the black bands are labeled as having more resistance. I am happy with the blue super band, but disappointed with the black super bands.

I got the product I expected. Love how its woven elastic so its much stronger than traditional resistance bands. I've not experienced any tugging on my skin.

Je met un 4 étoiles car j'ai reçu le modèle L/XL au lieu de S/M, la bande était donc trop grande pour bien faire certains exercices alors je l'ai renvoyé. Mais le produit était de qualité, la bande est épaisse avec un coté antidérapant. Elle semble très solide et porte bien son nom de "Resistance", il faut forcer pour l'étirer.
