They work
These caffeine supplements work. I am chronically fatigued all the time to point where I cannot hold my eyes open. These work a lot better than caffeine plus and some others I’ve tried. I get through the day without falling asleep which is great. They come in tablet form the size of an aspirin. I take one in the morning and then I’m good for the day.

I'm guzzling quite a lot of these things these days (no more than two a day, of each) as I am working more hours than usual and don't have the time to work out, and with swimming pools closed my main form of exersize is bust. As always, it may be coincidence, but I really have noticed more definition as fat is burned off my body now, and I do get a boost before picking up the weights when I get the chance. However, my heart often feels like it's about to explode, so I must be emphatic about limiting to TWO a day.
