Yes, these are identical to the USA version 710601
The Thule Evo Flush Feet Kit #710600 is identical to the Thule USA Kit 710601 at half the price. In fact, my 710600 kit contained 4 Thule One-Key lock cylinders which are not be included in the USA version. The only downsides with the 710600 kit, is losing USA warranty coverage and one week delivery time by purchasing the European version. Neither of those are an issue to me. Installed on 2021 RX 350.

Installs easily, fits well.
When you remove the rack from the car the tower also loosens from the bar. This makes it more difficult to remove and reinstall. Competitors rack has a separate screw to attach the bar to the rack. That being said the Thule is overall more superior design than the competitor.

Not a complete kit!
After countless hours/days of research and wrong items ordered I wanted to list the part numbers needed to complete a full installation for a BMW X5 2014-2018 as this is not a complete kit and you won’t be able to attach the feet to your roof rails. Foot pack #710600 - Foot kit # 186007 - Rail kit #711320 (50” wide black WingBar Evo). The product is solid but the part lookup is horrible and hard to match to your vehicle. Glad I got it sorted out after a week!

Perfect fit!!!
I did my research and found the 600 model here half the price of the US 601. Couldn’t get Thule to tell me the exact difference but that are the same fit and are perfect.
