Quick-Grip Large Phone Mount with Handlebar U-Bolt Base RAM-B-149Z-A-PD4U with Short Arm for Motorcycle, ATV/UTV, Bike

Installed this on my Kawasaki Vaquero for an iPhone 11 Pro Max. It requires some assembly, but nothing the average Joe (or Jane) couldn't figure out, especially with the very clear instructions. But, the assembly hassle is worth the reward of a very sturdy and reliable grip on my phone! It's easy to attach the phone...and once it's on, it's on...there's just no chance of it falling off and it doesn't shake at all while riding! Also, nothing at all block any portion of the screen and all buttons and lightening port are easily accessible. Also, it's very easy to loosen & retighten with gloves on for adjustments or rotating between portrait & landscape orientation. Also, my phone has a slim case and a pop-socket, and it still attaches securely. Honestly, the only upgrade I'd like to see is a built-in wireless/induction charger.

**Update!! We now have 2 of these and have been on several rides with them. They are the absolute best and work perfectly! They are easy to adjust and work great with our oversized S22, S23 ultra phones (with cases). We are even able to plug in a charging cable for the longer rides. We adjusted them a bit after the first couple of rides, but now they are perfect and stay right where we want them!** We have bought and returned 4 other phone holders and mounts. This one fits and feels super secure! Easily holds both my S22 ultra and my husband's S23 ultra both with cases. I'm so excited! Haven't road tested yet as we are also adding lights to my bike, but I'll update my review after we get it out on a ride! So far this feels very secure and tight. RAM Mounts if you read this please let me know how to get a couple of stickers to put on my cooler, this mount is fantastic! Can't wait to get out on the road and try it out. We'll be ordering another one for my husband's bike as well.

a lot of different mounts on the market and picking one can be challenging, with that said i believe i made the right choice with this one. quality build, with options that caters to whatever phone and you’re using. my bike’s handlebars don’t vibrate like crazy, so damaging the camera hasn’t been a concern for me, but i also cannot speak on the protection this mount provides against vibrations but my phone stays in place, it’s easy to remove and place in the mount, and i was able to get the mount put in the perfect spot where i need it i did have to use my own wrenches to securely mount it

When I first zipped open the package I found a bag with all the parts not assembled yet. No problem, I like puzzles of the mechanical kind. There were 3 lengths of screws to attach the phone mount to the ball, I used the middle length. These provided a few threads to stick out of the provided nylon locking screws but not poke into the back of my phone. The little "L" shaped side pieces were a little fiddly to get on right. I found leaving the screws slightly loose and using one of the inserts in the package for a skinny spacer worked well to get the side pieces nudged in and still be able to get my phone in and out easily. I hand held the assembly on my motorcycle handlebars to find a decent spot. The mount ended up by the left mirror. It's out in the breeze but down behind the small fairing on my Kawasaki KLX230 blocked the guage cluster. I had it out on a 40 mile ride and it was rock solid. This is a very nice mount.

I'm a huge fan of RAM mounts, I've had them on motorcycles and they always held up well. I recently got a ebike and decided to get the Quick-Grip vs their X-Grip. I use the X-Grip on my motorcycle and do like it's design, and again never had issues with it. Decided to go r this Quick-Grip and I dont hate it, but I don't love it either. The large rest piece is rather bulky. But it does hold my phone well and I can use one hand to get my phone mounted. Where's the X-Grip while I'm sure you can eventually figure out some way effectively with one hand, the quick grip definitely has the edge. So while easy to use I do have to knock off a star for the design of being so bulky. But overall still a solid product

A little hesitent to spend nearly $70 with less-expensive items out there but I really glad I did. This unit is absolutely solid. Just finished a 500 mile jkaunt on my Harley Roadglide and all I can say is that I should have moved to a phone holder sooner. Very happy with the security and build of this item. The U-Bolt connector to handlebars is totellay secure and the phone holder itself leaves no room for worry that the phone will become a road object. To keep vibration low, I mounted to lower area of bars. Because we all have big phones these days and because the holder is large, I have to lean a bit to see my oil pressure gauge (see photo) but so what? I can now have visible GPS!

This RAM phone holder was the perfect answer to my issue. I have a Harley Street Glide with ape hangers. I wanted to mount my Samsung S24Ultra on it. I searched the web and found the RAM mount to be the answer. It was easy to assemble, easy to mount and provided excellent security even on bumpy roads. I didn't need to purchase a new case for my phone as with other products. I really appreciated the larger U bolt that was included in the package as this worked perfectly with my handlebars. Probably the most amazing this was it doesn't vibrate.....event on a Harley! Thanks RAM

This mount is sweet! It is sturdy, and attaches securely. I ride lots of single track sometimes alone and it's nice to have on X maps running while I ride! I just wish the vibration didn't transmit through the mount so I could record videos of me riding but oh well. Can't have it all!

RAM Quick-Grip phone mount dimensions :- Phone holder space (inner side) Length - 5.7 inch without (expansion), 7.5inch (after expansion) Width - 2.5 inch minimum, 4.5 inch maximum space. Before order it, measure your phone size properly. If its between these sizes then you are good to go for it. As a user, I can say the quality is top notch. If the hefty price is not a concern then you can go for it without any hesitation. One more thing, order a RAM-mount PIN lock knob (in short, Anti-theft lock) separately for theft prevention. Which will cost you around another 900-1000rs.
