Handy tool for layout good quality will last for years. Price is competitive.

Works as it should but don't expect vintage quality
Its a good little square but please don't expect vintage style quality (example Lufkin, Starrett, Brown). It is what it is. A affordable square that does its job. Nothing to pass on to the grandkids though.

I tried a ton of combo squares off Amazon and it's the only one that was dead square out of the box. Highly recommended.

I like its design and set screw.
I had the empire one for a few years. Set screw stopped working. I fixed it but when I got this one I liked it alot better and gave my empire one away
