Perfect for anyone wanting simple, quality guidance for home floor exercises.
Just what I needed! I am a retired nurse trying to be kind to my body, finally. I use these cards daily and take 4 exercises from the deck and do them as instructed. I love the sturdiness of the cards, the layout and the great variety. It makes my new habit one to keep and improved upon. Thanks!

Good set of exercises to build a workout
These are good workout cards for exercises not needing equipment. I was looking for cards to remind me of the exercises I know and introduce a few so I can build a workout easily. These do that. The exercises are generally easy to understand and there are QR codes you can scan if you need more information. The size is decent, and although I'd prefer slightly larger, these work well. The box to hold all of the cards is handy, especially the magnetic closure. There are some cards in the deck that are basically the same exercise but there's so many cards that this isn't really a big issue.Ways to improve (minor):1) The cards can be tough to get out of the box without dumping all of them out. You can't just remove some off of the top. A little notch in the box would allow you to remove some of the cards without removing all of them.2) Better coating is needed to protect the cards from accidental spills, etc. The current coating doesn't really protect them well if they get wet, but is sufficient for sweaty hands (unless maybe if you're dripping wet and palm them good). This may not be an issue for some people but I'm a little clumsy and liable to spill water on them eventually. Plus, I have a toddler who thought they should go in the sink under running water. Thankfully, I caught her right away, but I would have felt less panicked if they were more water resistant/proof. I immediately dried off the ones that got wet and they seem fine except the very edges (which isn't important anyway).3) Could include a hole in the corner and a small carabineer or quick release ring to hold the cards you are using for the current workout. I couldn't find workout cards with this feature and I don't know why. I'd love to be able to flip from one exercise to the next during a workout. This seems like an easy way to go through a workout. Ok, maybe my clumsiness is contributing to this desire too, so I don't have to try to hold onto multiple cards and end up with them everywhere when I drop them. But I bet others would like it too.In short, if you are looking for a way to quickly put together and keep track of exercises in a workout that don't require equipment, I recommend this set.

Small makes these body weight resistance cards easy to travel with.
Easy to use workout cards. Picture of workout position and instructions are simple to follow.A good little motivator offering some easy and some more challenging exercises. All the exercises use your own body weight as resistance so it's great for beginners and those that want a quick workout while traveling.I'd definitely buy as a gift. Cars come in a sturdy box about the size of a deck of cards.

Bought as a gift
I purchased this as a gift for someone who regularly meets up with friends to workout. They occasionally take turns running the workout and I thought this might help him plan when it was his turn. He appreciated how easy it is to come up with a program using the cards, and the variety of exercises included. The cards on on good quality stock and should last a long time.

Excellent exercise options for using your own body weight to ...
Excellent exercise options for using your own body weight to work out. A lot of leg and core options. I am disappointed in that there are several cards in pack with same exercise but the rep's or time are different. Therefore, you are not getting that many exercise options. It is common sense to me that if you increase the rep's or time of an exercise, it will increase intensity. Stack 52 justifies making this another card because it changes the card level from beginner to intermediate. If it were a few cards, I would not mind but its too many. For example, you have 2 Wall Sit, Side Raises, Switch Kick, Diamond Pushup, Twisting Squat Jump, Reverse Leg lift, Shoulder Bridge, and Tricep Dips. There are more than those listed. Plus, there are a few cards that a only for the elite. There is no way I'm going to Donkey Kick with my legs fully extended. I think there should be challenges in the pack but overall the pack of cards are less useful to me based on what I've already stated.

Deck Goes Beyond Expectations
I wanted to expand my exercise routine but I can't always recall which ones to do and didn't want to spent large sums of cash on DVD sets. Nothing against DVDs but they become redundant and boring after a while. I also want the muscles not to become complacent as its the same movements, no changes, then I start to slack off.I found these cards while searching for a new DVD set. At the lower price but with 52 different exercises, I couldn't go wrong. I found this deck to be great. I can use them at the gym in the office, I use them at home, and I can use them while I'm traveling for work. the deck takes little to no space and don't require a TV or PC to play. The cards are clearly marked and instruct on how to do each one, Along with a bar code to view it if wanted. Given its all body weight you can use hand weights on some if you wanted, though body weight is more than enough for me. I used to take some instruct led gym classes and the cards are similar if not the same as the deck of cards. There is an expansion pack and a harder pack as well for a bit more. I wish I got them all in one shot. Since I didn't, I put the expansion pack on my wishlist. Some may think that the price for a deck of cards may seem steep but once you get them, you know you are getting your money's worth. I like to shuffle the deck and get random ones, keeps the body guessing.
