There is quality issue. The elastic came apart from the cotton base. Comfort wise it's breathable. But torr.

Can be a good 4th underwear.
The underwear is thick cotton which would be slightly uncomfortable in hot humid weather but in colder days it’s perfectly fine and comfortable. It will wear and tear faster than a jockey with every wash but can still last you more than 6months. If you get at a good price(much lower than a jockey) it is worth it. I know people who absolutely hate levi’s underwear and I know why but it’s not a very bad option for someone who has like 5 underwear and is not going to wash it 3 times a week.
