Great supplement to kettlebell knowledge
This is my second resource for new kettlebell exercises and there are a ton of good ones in here. I found the QR codes for the videos fairly easy to use and helpful for exercises like the Turkish get up. I will say a lot of the blue and green cards aren’t great, they seem more gimmicky than actual strength building exercises, but the rest are helpful.

Great to take camping!
I love these cards! I camp a lot and I hate missing out on my workouts. All I need to bring is a mat, my 20 lb. KB and these cards! It's fun because once you shuffle the deck you get a new workout every time. A few of the cards are too difficult for me, due to knee problems, but there are plenty of cards within to get a GREAT workout even if a couple are skipped in the process. The only con would be the box the cards come in. It didn't last very long so I ordered a hard plastic card case and blamo! Perfect traveling workout pack! I'm glad I went w/this company because they offer great communication and a great product. I couldn't imagine camping without these! They have helped me stay on track while on the go!

Love these!
Whenever you’re wanting a different routine, it’s so easy to just go to the stack of cards and pick five or six and put them in the order you want. It helps me to vary my routines, but know which area of the body it focuses on the most. Great accessory to any kettlebell workout

Somethings are good; somethings could be better.
I just received this item and want to leave some first impressions. Positives: The information available in this package is wonderful and very portable. The video links also are useful, and videos are not available on similar cards by the competitor. It is very handy to organize and reference a variety of workouts in a very portable way. Negatives: the cards are normal card size, and information is written in a very small font and is limited to one side of nearly every card. It would be much better to have more information on both sides of each card, and to have a larger card size too. I don’t need another standard deck of playing cards with a label wasting half the available space on every card. I need to learn exercises—so better use of all the available space is needed. Also, the video links for demonstrating exercises are ridiculously short (less than ten seconds each)—and with no sound included or text on the video (very limited guidance on proper technique). Both newbies (and older adults with weaker eyesight) would probably like more information and more space for larger diagrams. The QR codes are very small too (it is hard to focus with a camera at first, but they work). Considering that the cards encourage use of technology with the included QR codes— the cards seem a bit dated or limited. A dedicated app is cheaper, provides much more instruction, has longer video demonstrations with each exercise, and has other features like lengthy trainings and workouts organized by mindlessly pressing a button..... But the cards do have advantages—a deck of cards contains more exercises than most apps, and the cards are more portable— and without the worry of your expensive technology sitting precariously near heavy moving weights and sweating bodies. The product is good but could be improved.

You won't stop with just the Kettlebell Cards...
you'll want to have ALL the sets! Regarding the Kettlebell cards, many of the exercises are the basics - great if you're new to working with Kettlebells, but if you've been using them for a while you won't have much use for them. I am in the latter category, so I'm glad I opted for the Expansion pack, which offers plenty of new options. Don't get me wrong, the standard pack is excellent too, but DEFINITELY get the Expansion pack, regardless of where you are in your Kettlebell training. As for the actual cards, the directions are clear and easy to follow, even for beginners. Should confusion arise, you have the option of scanning the QR Code, which I've not tried, so I can't comment on what you'll find there, but I image it would set you straight. As far as the illustrations, they are as helpful as illustrations can be. The cards are the size of a deck of standard playing cards, and that's really my only complaint about these - if I could change one thing, I'd make them a bit bigger. Regardless, I do love these and plan on buying the other sets.

Great for self directed workouts
I’ve purchased most of the stack 52 card decks. I really enjoy how easy they make it for me to go at my own pace but still have a vigorous workout equivalent to personal training or gym classes.

This is a great way to learn the basics of kettlebells.
These are a great introduction to kettlebells. The cards are color coded for muscle group, and there is a QR code on each card linking to a youtube video of the exercise. I've been able to incorporate kettlebells into my regular lifting seamlessly.
