Bought as a present for my partner to replace an older model. He loves it, especially the new colour and the longer battery life.

Used for my husband when working outdoors

I just spent ages typing a huge number of words which I used to outline a number of reasons why you will not regret buying one of these mugs. I just do not have the heart to repeat the process so all I can say is just get one. I have had mine for nearly four years now and use it at least twice a day and every single time I do I still get a little kick of pleasure. On the face of it, it is a decadent bit of lifestyle frippery - in reality, it genuinely improves the quality of your life (if you are a coffee drinker that is). For me the cost per use of <4p has proved to be a bargain. (£100/4/48/7/2 - it was cheaper then)

The idea of the cup is nice and it is nice.........when it works! It stopped working and the lights were flashing crazy. I contacted Ember, no help. I sent the product back to Amazon and I've not been refunded and now says I'm out of time to return. I wouldn't have another one of these. The quality of the cups are substandard and poor support. I am now without a cup and $100.

Only a 14 day return window, the cup won't charge after a couple of months of use. Very disappointing - don't waste your money. No option to return/repair

Very expensive & arrived with a Chinese plug so had to buy an adapter - not impressed. Mug itself can only retain heat at 60 degrees. This was a gift, would not recommend.

Have had it for 4 months, used it every day, the charger is already broken. The charging device has 2 small and then metal pins that are exposed, and that charges the mug. Suddenly one of them just fell into the charging mug, now it doesn’t charge reliably. Garbage for what I payed for it.

No box, No manual. Was wrapped in kitchen towel and plastic bag. Had black sticky stains inside the cup. Luckily got a refund issued and waiting for my money back. Don't buy this.

Ember cup works ok but the charger don’t work after six months , the contact pin didn’t protrude out so no charging

تقريبا لي ٤ شهور استخدمه..ماتقشر مثل ما كنت خايف منه والحرارة ممتازة مش حار جداً بس مناسبة لي.. سعره مبالغ فيه بس اللي شغله عالمكتب كثير..يستاهل 👍

あまり詳しくはないものの、今ではもはや魑魅魍魎跋扈するAmazonにおいて熱を持つものであんまり安いものは安全性に不安があるため、他製品より0一つ多いこちらを選んで見ました。。 結論としては、最高です。 飲み物がずっとあったかい。これだけのことが、この国の冬には必要なんです。 スマホアプリで50〜65℃の 範囲で保温温度をえらべるのも想像以上に嬉しいです。昼は少しぬるめ、夜はガッツリあったかく、というのが選べるのが大事、とわかります。温度操作のついででついてくるレシピ部分とかはあまり更新されてないようなので本当におまけですね。ちなみにそこは英語。 一点欠点をあげるとすれば、バッテリーやら発熱機関を搭載しているマグがシンプルに重いです。重心バランス的にもわかりやすくボトムヘビーな感じで、他と併用してると慣れる気もしないですね。ふとした拍子に扱いを間違えて落としたりしないか怖くはあります。 とはいえ、それは些事です。飲み物がずっとあったかい。これは絶対的なアドバンテージです。私はこの製品が大好きです。
