I purchased 2 of these for my son's for easter. They are definitely lightweight for their size, and easy for my 10 year old and 16 year old to hold for long periods of time. As long as you use all 3 points of adjustments, you can get a clear, crisp focused image on just about anything. They are not "night vision", but simply low light vision capable. It has become a nightly ritual for us to use these to look up at the moon, which is absolutely astonishing. As long as you adjust them accordingly, you can get a very clear view of the craters on the moon, it is phenomenal in comparison to the naked eye, and really great if you cant afford an expensive telescope like us! We have absolutely no problems trying to view things at night, as long as whatever you are looking at has some type of light in the area shining on it. The view through them at night looks just like looking with your own eyes, except zoomed in. These binoculars definitely exceeded my expectations, and I would totally recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a set that's lightweight, affordable, powerful, and crystal clear!

Had purchased 3 other pairs of binoculars over the past 20 years. All were Bushnell: 12x50 (too powerful), 7x50 Marine Waterproof and float 2 pairs (Great) and now these. All three are gone. Two stolen and one lost. So this time I wanted to keep the cost and weight down. Surprisingly light and easy to hold with one hand, and I like that the eye-cups can raise up. Really glad I didn't spend a lot of money because for general use these are perfect. No complaints about quality they feel great in my hands. Only wish - less power. Love the form factor but 10X takes effort to hold still. Would love 8x42!! But it can be nice to have the extra power / reach.

Lightweight binocular with clear image quality which are the perfect size for viewing wildlife on hiking adventures. The binocular is easy to focus both with and without eyeglass/sunglass use (has adjustable eye cap). On a recent hiking trip, a moose was spotted in the water off the trail, and another hiker let me view it through this brand binocular; an impressive view, so I ordered a pair for myself. My pair arrived with a tear in the eye cover attachment to the strap, so I contacted Binoteck customer support for a replacement eye cover and received excellent customer service response.

For a $40 pair of binos, they aren’t terrible. Side by side with an entry set of Leupolds, you can see they are not on the same level, but they are close. Purchased them spur of the moment when my daughter decided to join in a deer hunt. We mounted them to a tripod and during the day, they worked just as good as the other glass we had. First and last light showed the biggest shortcoming of these binos, but for $40 I wasn’t expecting even what we got. They are built solid and are comfortable. The eye cups feel good and overall weight is expected for a set of this size. Great started set, back up set, or a throw in a bug out bag. Can get you by for a season or two of western hunting, but you’ll end up wanting better glass quick. All in all, for what they are, they are great and I’d recommend for the above mentioned starter or back up set situations.

I got these in 2019 for bird watching at range from 15 feet or so on my deck from my table to further away. I had an old pair of Bushnell binoculars 7x30, so I hoped more power might help me see details. This was an "impulse purchase" so I was seriously hoping it would be worth spending money I didn't really intend to spend. Oh man, what a nice surprise! First morning, before the light was really on my feeder, I was able to see the details of the birds like never before! Great optics, good light (it wasn't actually dark so I can't speak to that ability), easy to find the subject I was viewing. I could actually see that the bird I was looking at was a warbler and not a vireo! I could see the sharp pointed beak and delicate feet that distinguish the two! A very nice upgrade from my old Bushnell - and both smaller and lighter weight to boot! Love the attached front lens caps too. Very happy with this purchase! Update 2023 - the focus stopped working! They aren't quite expensive enough to try to find a repair somewhere, but disappointed I now need a replacement. Shouldn't they last more than 4 years? Never have left the house and never have been abused. )-

So far so good. Looks good quality. It's lightweight so no problem to take with me even on lenger trips. Focusing is nice and tight. View is without any big distortion. Very good binoculars for that price!
