I bought this to put on a Lumintop Tool AAA and it fit. Makes it a much easier light to carry, and it feels like a higher quality clip than what comes with the Lumintop Tool AAA.

After the clip of my original Streamlight broke, I was afraid I would have to buy an new light just to keep it secured. I found these replacement caps and clips and gave it a try. The cap is an exact replacement and the clip attaches to my hat and shirt pocket just like I wanted. The light is the perfect size to keep in my work shirt pocket and I'm thankful I was able to salvage the light that's been in the field with me for years. The price is a bit high for what it is, at 1/4 of the price of the original light for a button and clip it was a close call on whether to buy an entire new light, but I decided to give this a chance rather than scrap a perfectly good light just because I couldn't clip it to my hat any longer. Overall, If the clip happens to break again after years of use, I'll probably purchase this again to save a bit of money.

The above mentioned lights have weak oem pocket clips, I found another that had similar diameter and it just fits very well but most importantly has a huge difference in retaining the light in my pocket!
