The package doesn't come with many forms be there are quite a few on the CD. Adams/Socrates has better updated versions of this product on other CDs but they don't come with any printed forms.

Good Form but only one? Come on! there should have been 10-12 at least! One is so Miserly, It was as if Scrooge was Running this Company Plus there should have been a Mixture of all the Business Forms
