How to improve a Classic ? Age it in Sazerac Rye barrels.
Sazerac & Vieux Carré Lovers rejoice. Not only this looks awesomly good in your bar, most friends are envy but the more important tastes really good and improved Peychaud's. Love the label, makes me confortable just at starring.

Worth the extra money.
This is the best bitters I have ever used in my Old Fashioned’s. Highly recommend spending the extra for Peychauds barrel aged bitters.
