My mother is a senior with arthritis, and was struggling to open jars. Some jars are really tight, and will even put a strain on me. This Grip Jar Opener helped a lot! The only problem is that Mom is short, and it is sometimes too hard for her to reach up and back under the cabinet, and hold up a big heavy jar. This jar opener helps her to be independent, but I still like to be called to help her with the big heavy jars. I like it because it is a lot easier for me to open jars too!

This Grip Jar Opener is great! Others have failed, but this one is easy to install and it works! I use one hand to open everything! It’s virtually hidden under an upper kitchen cabinet.

This works great. Would highly recommend to anyone that has difficulty holding a jar to be able to open with the other devices made to remove hard covers. The best part of this one is you can hold the jar and turn it with both hands.

This jar lid and bottle opener will open just about anything. It's a little awkward to use mounted under a kitchen cabinet, but once you figure out the best way for you to use, it's relatively easy and most importantly it works on every jar, orange juice plastic bottle, 1 litre bottle of soda, and everything I've tried so far! Fast and easy!

I'm 70 years old and arthritis is becoming somewhat of pain. Haha!! Opening jars is a big issue. This under cabinet opener is fantastic, large jar of pickles no problem opening. Installed it myself, took about 20 minutes, used a drill to tighten the screws. Be careful not to install the screws too far or you will go through the bottom of the cabinet shelf. Glad I made the purchase, highly recommended.

This jar opener works great- I'm an 87 year old and it works for me. However, after a few months the sticky part came off and it fell to my counter. I am hoping the sticky part can be replaced because this opener works better than others I've tried. I'd give it 5 starts if it had stayed on.

This is by far the easiest way to open jar lids of almost any size. I bought it for use during recovery from shoulder surgery so i could open jars using only one hand, and it works great. One warning, the gripping edge is a very sharp sawtoothed blade, so mount it away from the reach of pets or small children. I mounted it inside a kitchen cabinet on the underside of an internal shelf.

Ma mère est âgée et a des problèmes d’arthrite au jointures qui lui enlève presque toute sa force aux mains, alors il faillait trouver quelque chose de facile a comprendre et à utiliser. On a essayé une myriade de produits qui ont tous échoué, d'une façon ou d'une autre. Les gros élastiques glissaient, les serre-pots demandait de la force pour serrer, les ouvre-pots à batterie n'ouvre pas un pot qui est trop coincé, trop gros ou trop petit etc. Alors le plus simple est le plus efficace: des dents pointues dans un support blanc caché sous l'armoire. On entre le pot de façon à ce que les dents "morde" sur le couvercle, on tourne le pot dans le sens horaire et clac s'est ouvert merci bonsoir. Un conseil: ça ne sert à rien d'utiliser l'adhésif qui vient avec l'appareil; c'est juste pas assez fort pour le tenir en place. Il faut le visser avec les vis fournis. Pour ceux qui ont justement des problèmes de force dans les mains ou de tenir un tournevis, il faudra l'aide de quelqu'un qui peut le faire. Mais une fois que c'est bien vissé sous un comptoir, vous n'aurez plus besoin de quelqu'un d'autre pour ouvrir les pots!
