Marukawa - Eight Pack Orange Bubble Gum

This tasted really good. I got it because it was there a long time in Japan. Also, grandma liked it when she was small. First it is hard. Then the flavor comes out and the gum becomes soft. Finally you could blow a large bubble.

Great flavor, but it only lasts 60 seconds. The pieces of Bubblegum are tiny. Not worth the money imo.

I paid way too much for 32 tiny gum balls.

I enjoy chewing gum, and have tried dozens of brands. One of my favorites has been Fruit Stripe gum. However, I have found it difficult to find Fruit Stripe gum. The Marukawa brand offers an intense citric acid flavor and a softer chew than Fruit Stripe gum. I think Murakawa orange is not quite as true of an orange flavor as Fruit Stripe gum, but the easier chew and more intense flavor are advantages that make this gum a good alternative. The only other drawback is that the Murakawa gum is a bit more expensive than domestic gum. However, consider it a novel foreign gourmet gum and give it a chance. If you are a fan of fruit flavored gums, this one will challenge your tongue.

This gum has really good orange taste, but unfortunately the flavor doesn't last very long. Also, the tiny size of the gumballs had me chewing 2-4 of them at a time to get a decent wad of gum, so the 32 pieces of this pack don't go far. Not a great value. Also, FYI the gum is very sticky - far stickier than any other gum I've chewed in recent memory.

I find these at the local asian markets but sometimes they don't carry them all the time. This gum is so good! Sometimes I feel like I want to swollow the gum! Glad I can find this gum on amazon.
