By the E at the end I am guessing you mean Elite. If so yes. The 360 elite is what I have and it fit perfectly.

Anyone get a red ring using this with their Xbox 360 Core?

Should work as intended

I believe there is no problems with this cooling fan, however it's important to note it's for 3rd generation Xbox 360s. My 1st gen Xbox 360 red ringed when I used this because of power problem since this fan with use some power that goes to your Xbox 360 and there won't be enough left over.
