I live in a duplex and have one wifi connection and the range of normal jio modem was not covering the entire house. I have installed 2 of them. One at the far end room at same floor as modem as it boosts the connection. One at the below floor of the first deco device acting as a 2nd booster, it does reduce the download speed by half and upload speed by quarter so calculate accordingly per your need. It works with the doors closed and across concrete RCC and cement walls as well. No batteries and works with a USB adaptor It has resolved all wifi range problems and working with great speed.(I have 100mbps fibre connection) I am planning to use it as a router in future an lower floor taking a wired connection from above floor to a full 100mbps speed and other as booster. Performance - great Connectivity - great Compatibility - tried with jio , works great Stability - great Range - great Size - like Amazon echo tower but looks premium Looks - looks sleek and stylish made for a modern home and definitely a conversation piece. Colour is white which I think will turn yellowish down the line. I would definitely recommend this for a large home or for a room with low connection in place of traditional router as it is in the same price range and have dual functionality.

the M9+ changes the way wifi works at home. No more switching between 2G & 5G speeds. It auto detects and feeds your device the signal it needs. An excellent investment and a great product. Truly leveraging mu 200mbps home connection. Definitely recommend it especially if you have a great fibre internet service provider. The basic routers are history for me! Have got rid of all my old routers and wifi extenders. Just two units are more than enough to cover 3000 sqft. The third channel that this has (other cheaper ones don't) allows for backhauling of traffic between the routers and keeps 2 dedicated channels open for traffic on the device. From an average of 90mbps that I was able to get on my older routers (from my 200mbps connection) I now manage 190-194 mbps on an average. Plus enough bandwidth for the 2 HD TVs and two dozen more wifi devices connected on it. The app that installs and manages them is excellent. This is also a great buy for someone who is looking at a very good parental control interface and device management QoS - Quality of Service can be managed per device. Plus it comes with malware and anti virus protection within the app.
