Absolutely a wonderful book.
This book summarizes the gold and silver marks so well that I do believe I actually understand. Great info on other sections like ceramics and porcelain as well including methods of production and design. Excellent for beginning collectors or sellers.

Just okay
Simply too short to add value to other books on marks. I'd call it a good book for true beginners. To its credit, it covers a fair amount of information.

just ok
i dont mind paperback, but it didnt have much for antique marks that i was looking for. i think i will look around for a better and more informative book .
