I'm pleased with everything about it, as I stated above. No complaints, whatsoever. I love it!
I have had this for about a years. I really like it. I am pleased with all of the heat settings, the automatic shutoff, and the soft feel of the material. It has been very reliable. I wanted to buy a second one for my family room, but they do not see to have the oversized 17x33 inch heating pad that I bought. I will check back again, because I want to purchase this same heating pad.

Note the date. Product delivered differs from product advertised, and I only have one of them, so what I'm about to say may not apply to older versions, newer versions, maybe even to all of the current version. First let me explain that the controller I received has 10 levels, not 3. I tested 1 (L), 10 (H), and 5 as possibly being close to M. I waited for thermal equilibrium, when the temperature rises no farther, under the heating pad on top of a memory foam mattress (famous for holding heat) and again while covered by a massive down duvet, which is nearly perfect insulation. This took hours, in part because the pad shuts off automatically, so each test had to be separate and frequently monitored to see if the temperature was static and the unit still live. Consequently, I skipped the uncovered M test as being reliably interpolated from the other results. Note that many factors contribute so these data aren't definitive, only useful compared to each other. Quantifying: Low setting, uncovered = 31.2°C. High setting, uncovered = 48.5°C. Low setting, covered = 36.2°C. Medium setting, covered = 50.3°C. High setting, covered = 58.5°C. For reference, a cozy house ~20°, your skin under your clothes ~35°, a hot bath ~45°. So, used as directed, this pad ranges from providing less heat than a plain blanket would (virtually undetectable), to about as much as a warm bath would (though both of those heat a larger area so potentially raise the temperature of the part you're targeting faster and farther). That's not how it feels because you are a heating pad yourself, so your skin, where the sensitive nerves are, registers the combination of endogenous and extrinsic heat, which can feel warm even when there's very little increase in temperature below your skin. Used as strongly proscribed by instructions (under covers or under you), this pad can actually generate noticeable heat, though I can report from experience it's nowhere close to uncomfortable. It mimics a hot water bottle, if you've ever used one of those. The instructions are proper! If this is used on people unable to turn it off, or who have poor circulation or delicate skin, no use is better than improper use. For me, though, only the highest setting (which is the default, incidentally) is warm enough to bother with. Everything below that is pretty much a waste of time (making 10 settings no better than 3). There's no danger of fire or melting anything if you ignore all the warnings, which, again, is how it should be because people surely will. Therapeutic heating pads can be a great solace. This is a warming pad, which may be a comfort. Don't expect more. That said, it's comparable to similar pads on the market, nicer than some, less expensive than almost all. I call it an exceptional bargain on an unexceptional electric pad.

The heating pad is defective and doesn’t work
Just what I needed, unfortunately I plugged it in and nothing. It’s defective and doesn’t work. I did try different outlets, still nothing. I am returning it.

Love it!
This heating pad is just what I was looking for. I have lower back issues from time to time and this pad offers almost instant relief. When my lower back is acting up, my whole back tends to tighten up because I hold myself differently. Because of the length of this pad, it relaxes my whole back. I honestly don’t know what I would do without it! Highly recommend.

Good product
Decent product. Nice sliding adjustment. Long cord. Appreciate the auto shutoff. A little narrow. Disappointed that I cannot sit on it, per instructions, but that is consistent with those products. No problems with delivery or product. Thank you.

I really liked this
So far so good although I stopped using it for now since I feel better after my surgery but this helped a great deal but I think at some point you’ll have to turn it off and turn it back on cause I think the heat gets lower overtime as you use it but once you turn it off and turn it back on, it heats up right away and gets hot again. Definitely worth the price I’ll say.
