5 stars – These things WORK! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these exfoliating mitts are amazing. After soaking in a warm shower or bath for a few minutes, they remove so much dead skin it’s honestly kind of gross—but in the most satisfying way! You don’t need soap on the mitt, just water and a little patience. My skin felt unbelievably smooth afterward. They’re snug on the hand (which I liked—no slipping around) and the material is strong but not harsh. They last a long time and don’t smell or mold. They are perfect for camping too since they dry quickly. These are better than the glove shaped ones, which are difficult to put on and take off when they are wet. The design is simple and very effective. Highly recommend if you want baby-soft skin and don’t mind being slightly shocked at how much dead skin comes off!

I wasn't familiar with these scrubby cloths and didn't know if they'd work. I wanted something for serious exfoliation (body only, not face!), but didn't want to spend on something ineffective. I'm pleasantly surprised by these. They are affordable and they work pretty well. My best friend is from Seoul and practically has nightmares of her mother scrubbing her (my friend's) skin to death when she was a child, but if you're a grown-up who can control how hard you scrub, and you want some heavy-duty exfoliation, this is a nice affordable option. Unlike similar products made of polyester, I give these extra points because this type of fabric breaks down once its in the landfill. I think it's funny that one of the things you are supposed to rate for this is "softness" (it pops up automatically when you review). Let's be clear - this is not soft. It's meant to be a harsher option for those of you with itchy winter skin, who are dissatisfied with the "soft" options. Make sure you either take a long shower or soak in a warm bath for a long time before you use it; it's much more effective this way. Afterwards, drink some cold water and make sure to moisturize with something gentle. Something like olive oil or shea butter - don't scrub up your skin and then use chemical-laden lotions, because it's not going to feel good.

I recently purchased another brand bc this one specifically is currently unavailable on Amazon and boy do I regret it. I've tried several others and none removes dead skin as quickly and thoroughly as this one ( silver) and the Gold ( not pictured), made in KOREA. Before scrubbing, I soak in a very warm tub of water, submerged to the neck, with a little Dr. Teals for about 15- 20 minutes. After soaking , I then begin to scrub in a circular motion and within 3 seconds all the dead skin begins to lift in large clumps. The other brands I've tried isn't as effective as this one, they remove half of what this one does. Scrubbing takes about 20 minutes, leaving my skin super soft, bright and glowing. Yes it SHRINKS a bit once wet but it's supposed to. The shrinkage actually makes it more effective. And makes it ecen easier to scrub with precision. This one is truly Korean Spa quality. Love them!
