Works to keep gout flare ups almost non-existent!
Main reason for taking this product it to keep my gout at bay, and I must say since I've been on it, I had not had any more flareups!

They’re not quite as effective as eating fresh cherries, but since you can’t always find cherries year-round, these are a great backup. My husband took these and on the first day he noticed the pain in his arm was way better. I am taking only 1 a day for now (as it says take three) to be careful of the side effects.

motorcycle accident victim here almost broken leg I am recovering by weight lifting took a pill with beet extra today then nap like a baby woke up like a hero took my dog to the park then came back took a hot shower after 3 month recovery my leg slowly unfreezes this made process which stucked on 99% to 100% injured knee popped back to normal position and released full range for me I will keep taking this as my hip and butt still hurts overall works like miracle it does expand small blood vessels and makesgoodsleep

This item is not the same has it was at one time .
I have been purchasing these tart cherry capsules item for years. I would normally give this five stars in review. But lately it's more of a one star! So, I averaged to three stars. Why? The capsules used to be full. Check out my attached example picture. Today, we're lucky if the capsules are half full, sometimes less. Shrink-flation? And I could not find a spot to contact the seller. Sure would like to know why I'm paying the same for half. So now i need to take one more for what is loss in the capsules so i'm not sure about this item any more .
