Good fun and works
This product works as intended. The coaster completes the track every time. Not sure re age. I doubt my 8 year old could built it unless helped. Some of the components are quite firm to clip together. Bit of head scratching some times. The trick is don't force anything nothing needs bending or twisting to make it fit. If it does you have assembled that part wrong. Instructions could be a little clearer. Hardest part was the assembly for wings to flap. Bit of lateral thinking don't assume the obvious. But for future engineering .hands on a lot more fun and educational than a computer game. Be warned it's quite addictive.

Bigger than expected but good value
Grandson loved this. But would say suited more to 9/10 year old quite complicated to make. But good fun once done

Complicated but looks pretty cool
We love Knex in our house but this was very complicated! Some of it can hurt your fingers! The instructions can be difficult to make out and when complete - looks great but the coaster doesn’t seem to do the whole course by itself and no matter how hard I check on adverts and YouTube etc I can’t seem to find out if it is supposed to or if you’re always supposed to give it a helping hand up the chain mechanism...

Overpriced
The item looks amazing but is really difficult to assemble and then still doesn’t work properly. One very disappointed 8 year old.

OMG THIS IS SO MUCH FUN, 4 months on !
OMG THIS IS FANTASTIC. I paid around £19.99 around Christmas and worth it, if it’s cheaper buy it. Spend around 2-3 hours with my 5year old building it, and it was up for about 4 months, we now use the remaining parts to build our own smaller rollercoaster designs.

Great concept.....quality not perfect though
My 8 year old daughter would have had no difficulty in building this and is very happy with the result. I say would have, as a key part of the cam making the dragon move was poorly moulded. Sourcing a replacement part quickly was expensive.... Also the drive chain for the rollercoaster is too loose, even with the addendum build modification. Removing a link solved that but I’d expect not to have to solve problems like that.

Mijn zoon van 8 jaar is met hulp van mij en zijn oudere broer uren zoet geweest met dit te bouwen. De instructies zijn helaas op bepaalde slecht te volgen. Bijv wat is de boven of onderkant van de rails? Welke precieze lengt van de onderdelen heb je op bepaalde plekken nu precies nodig? En hoe zit de tekening nu echt in elkaar. Hierdoor looping in eerste instantie verkeerd gelegd. En zo nog wat issus. Ketting was te lang. Linkje eruit gehaald, toen ging het. De kleine onderdelen op lastige plekken hebben zo nu en dan pijn aan vingers en handen opleverd. Mijn zoon is een doorzetter dus haalde dingen uit elkaar en ging dan weer verder, ook als hij zich had bezeerd. Maar had me niet verbaasd als hij ergens was afgehaakt....de baan heeft het helaas maar 2 avond gedaan. De volgende ochtend haalde het karretje de looping steeds niet. Meerdere dingen geprobeerd aan te passen, niets hielp. Zoon erg teleurgesteld na alle uren die hij erin heeft gestopt. Ook 'pakt' het karretje de rails/loopband helaas niet uit zichzelf. Het gaat te snel en dan botst hij als het ware. Soms deed hij 2 rondjes achter elkaar. De rails zijn ook wat slapjes. Daardoor komt er misschien te veel speling bij gebruik. Al met al had ik hem een leukere ervaring gegund dan dit.

Am ersten und zweiten Weihnachtstag waren wir einige Stunden gut mit dem Aufbau beschäftigt. Das hat großen Spaß gemacht, da die Aufbauanleitung sehr gut verständlich ist, alles gut durchdacht und vollständig ist. Das Problem mit der Kette hat der Hersteller durch 3 zusätzliche Teile nachhaltig gelöst. Bei uns läuft die Bahn wie geschmiert. Echt toll. Einzig die Altersangabe ist sehr optimistisch.

Took a while to put together but the kids loved the original build. After a while, we disassembled it and have used the parts numerous times in other custom builds. Very happy with the base product and the reuseability.

Fantastic design and quality, takes 2 days Building with my son together, he enjoys a lot , so does my daughter, recommend to kids over 8 for a great gift.
