Its good product act like original but it's copy ..It's working on my ac . my remote model no. ARRy18 Original perfect replacement .

Good... but would be grear if the auto timer would work
The remote is compatible with the ac however there is issue timer. The timer resets everytime the remote is not used so it never works after 3 hours in night

Counterfeit product not original for sure
I didn’t have an old remote to compare with but I remember it looks the same but unfortunately it doesn’t work. Unable to turn on the AC with it and the quality of the remote is also bad, buttons are sunken

The first and best and only thing matter is it is comptabile to my ac . Tried my remotes this is good working all buttons what else do you need in a 300-400 rs remote

Not connecting to A/C with original remote model AR-RAJIE
Got this replacement remote. Didn't connect with my a/c. Only getting a Replacement option as part of return of item. No refund option provided. Now I need to wait for the replacement remote with hope that at least that will work. What a waste of time . 6th Oct: Got the replacement remote and it connected with the a/c. Works fine.

Doesn't include "powerful" button as pictured. Kept anyway. Last three weeks before breaking. Doesn't work at all.
