Smooth but salty
Has a nice smooth texture unlike any other grocery store bought cheese I've tasted. However, I give it 4 stars because I find it a little too salty for my taste. Anyway, the texture is nice but I just can't eat it alone. I usually add shreds of this in my spaghetti just to give it extra flavor (since I use scarce amount of salt in my pasta).

What can I say about Colby Jack?!?!?!? It is wonderful. I cannot drive right now so am getting my groceries on Amazon - they are the best! The seller was also extremely helpful with my questions.

Soft cheese
Tillamook has very soft cheeses packed with flavor. I use colby jack to slice and put on crackers, so the extra softness is perfect. Very creamy flavor!
