Can these be used on birch trees?

I have never tried these on birch trees, though I have read a blog where the writer does. I can't see why they wouldn't.

What do you collect the sap in? It says everything you need but there’s no collection bags.

It includes everything you need for tapping. You need to provide containers to store the sap, as well as a way to boil the sap down to syrup. One option for collecting would be 5 gallon food safe buckets. If you wish to get specific, it does not include a drill to put the holes in the trees nor does it include a hammer to tap the splines into the holes.

is there someone that makes a puller to separate the cap from the spial

If you mean separating the spiel from the tube, No. You could just cut it off. If that is not what you mean, please define. Thanks very much.

Main description says tubes are 3' and in an other place it says 2'. Which is the correct length?

There are two different sets. One w/3' & the other w/2'. You should see a price difference between them. The 3' ones are more in price. I hope this helps.
