The right angle connectors are great for use in phone cradles and cars. I’ve bought a couple of these for home and car use when keeping a phone in landscape view is important - this cable just sits right. This is a really good cable, long enough for lounging on the sofa and the right angle ends relieves cable strain. The one issue is that the fabric outer has come away at one end. Cable still works fine.

Most phones have their USB charging socket at the bottom of the phone. When using a standard USB C cable to connect to either a power bank or a PC etc., the cable sticks down from the bottom of the phone quite awkwardly. The right angle plugs on this cable solve that problem. Al together, much neater, tidier and more convenient. This cable itself is of decent quality with a braided covering. I bought this 2 metre cable which conveniently stretches the width of my desk. I would definitely buy from the same manufacturer again.

Having just swapped to an iPhone 15 my original Porsche USB-A to Lightening cable was redundant. I have a wireless CarPlay dongle which I use 95% of the time, but there are always those times when you need to juice up your phone as well. Unfortunately, the original item had a flexible connector, coiled cable and right angle Lightening connector to make up for the small space where the phone must go get at the only CarPlay port in the car. I found this USB-A to USB-C cable and it's perfect! And such a bargain at under £7 at time of purchase. Data connection works great and it charges as it should from the power-limited USB-A power source. It more than copes with the Pro Max size in the small space (see pictures) - it's long enough to be easy to fit and short enough to not be problem to store. Please Note: USB-A ports are normally all the same way up, and most USB-A cables have their logo on the top or put a couple of dots in the metal (not the square holes) to indicate which is the right way up. In my case, the USB-A port was on the right side to work out - so you need to check the same for your application if space is tight like it is for me. I've used Ugreen stuff before and it's all been good quality, same applies here. Easily 5 stars.

Was looking for a right angled USB-A connector as if I use a standard one in my car, the connector pokes into where the cup holder is, rendering it unusable! For anyone wondering, with an Android phone this cable works fine for Android Auto. I've tried a direct connection with my phone, and also connected it to an AAWireless TWO with no issues. I only wish the cable came in black! Can't win them all 😅 Haven't tried data transfer from a computer, but if that's your goal definitely look for a USB 3.0 cable instead. I only bought this for Android Auto connectivity.

They do the job, support PD and fast charging. In some installations the angled usb makes a lot for comfort and safety.

I think this cables are good for the money. Charging speed is OK. They seem sturdy I know good quality you build, so I hope they last a while. The only thing is be careful when using them with devices like an iPad or an iPhone inside certain cases. Some cases will not allow for a 90° plug to connect properly to the device (it will not go all the way in). I had this issue with my otherwise very good iPad case. And rather than return it, I decided to McGyver a modification that would allow the plug to go all the way into the device. Not pretty, but it gets the job done.
