I'm not going to include a photo or video, I think this is the kind of product you don't just happen upon... you're desperate and have tried many other things, or you're on a mission and read that this is the best path. Either way, this product will make your bowels sparkling clean in relatively short order, and it tastes horrendous too! I put a teaspoon or two in some flavored greek yogurt (Ellenos is my preference), and make sure I'm working from home. You've got anywhere from 1-2 hours from ingestion to action, unless you're really backed up--in which case, it could take a few hours and be preceded by some unholy gaseous emissions. Be sure to warn your spouse you're taking this if they don't already know, it could put some strain on the relationship in the gaseous hours before success. I recommend going outside, and staying long enough to ensure nothing trails you back in. After you've succeeded, I'd recommend a few more days of the same thing just to make sure you're all clear. Then you can either put it in the cupboard for the next incident, or just use a half teaspoon or less per day as routine maintenance. If you've been fully cleaned out recently, gas isn't much of an issue. Godspeed.

After trying it for the first time, I could have sworn that I should have ordered the capsule. Had to mix 1/2 teaspoon with warm water, it is very bitter but once swallowed the taste goes away. Now I just use a little amount of water enough for one gulp. Can’t wait to see the overall effect on my Hashimoto symptoms

Product quality is good and organic but I couldn’t use regularly because of the taste. That’s why, I didn’t see effectiveness on sleep quality, pain relief or any effectiveness for digestion problems . The price is good and affordable

Excellent healthy natural Fiber. If you're looking for something that taste good this is not it. It's not meant to taste good or mix well in cold water. Best mixed in warm water. Best fiber supplement I've ever used.

On a positive note, the couple gulps I was able to keep down did improve my digestion the next day, the three times I tried it. I really appreciate how earth-friendly the company is. However, this is the only thing in my life I've ever tasted, that was so bad that I threw up. It tastes exactly like vomit. Literally stomach bile. The first time I drank it exactly as directed, and the next two times I tried adding sweetener or taking a smaller amount. It definitely works, but I'm tapping out because it is the worst thing I've ever tasted, like drinking vomit. Maybe I got a bad batch?
