Some Moen showerheads are low pressure, others are high pressure
I bought this handheld showerhead when redoing my master bathroom. It’s a great showerhead but I didn’t realize that it contained Moen’s WaterSense feature, which reduces the water flow, making the environment people very happy. It’s fine if you want to save water (1.75 Gallons per Minute), but you won’t get the maximum water pressure coming thru the pipe. If you like a robust shower (like myself) get a handheld showerhead that gives you the maximum water flow (2.5 Gallons Per Minute). Moen makes these as well. The sliding bar and hose are perfect. I used Moen for all my shower and vanity plumbing. Their warranty is outstanding, better than the other vendors. In fact, if you made a mistake in choosing, they will give you a coupon code with a discount up to 75% in their dedicated website moenplus to make their customers happy. This is what I did. I hope this heads-up helps you.

Great look, solid bar, nice hose. No spray options is on head is disappointing.
Easy installation. The hose is a nice flexible metal material, not like the deformed plastic ones. No spray options on head though. For the money I would expect it.

VERY EXPENSIVE BUT LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT
Great quality and finish. I replaced a 20 yr old brass fixture with this new one. Not many options available to choose from

Moen handheld shower
I just installed this today and I like it. I should have checked more closely but I kind of wish it had different pattern settings but it only has the one. Installation was fairly easy. It comes with two toggle bolts; one for each attachment point. It requires you to drill a 5/8" hole (for hollow walls) or 5/16" (for studs) for each which was fairly easy with a tile hole saw. The hole ends up being a very snug fit for the toggle to fit through but some perseverance and wiggling finally gets it in. The finish of is very nice. The majority of it plastic but a good looking plastic. The hose is surprisingly nice in that it is flexible and hangs loosely and neatly. There is a flow restrictor inside the shower head which is easy to remove and put back. Water flow is considerably higher without it. In my case it was a little too much so I put the restrictor back in. I ordered the separate elbow for it as some reviewers suggested but I wished that hadn't. You really do not need it if you are satisfied removing your old shower head and just screwing the handheld shower hose to the shower arm itself. For me it was perfectly fine. i didn't want to battle with getting the exact right size brass nipple and getting the elbow to be flush with the wall. Of course if you are doing a remodel then it might be the best choice. You don't have to get the Moen version as long as it is a standard 1/2 inch connection. I would give this five stars if the price were better. It is a bit expensive for what it is. Overall I'm happy with it.

Installation
This is a great product. It does not have multiple spray settings. It is a broad full shower head that is not a hard pressure. This is what I wanted because you don't always want your hair wet. The very hard hitting shower heads bounce off and everything is wet. Installing the unit, you may not want to use the screws that come with it. Very long and require a larger hole than you may want to drill. But be sure you use stainless steel screws and washer because they are covered but will get wet. Moen is great because they stand behind their life time warranty.

Made of plastic
Disappointed that this shower head and handbar is all made of plastic. For the price, I expected better materials. It works for now, it replaced an ineffective shower head. But ultimately I will need to replace this again in the future because of the cheap materials. It works as a shower head, I appreciate getting to change the height. The water pressure isn't great, but isn't terrible either. Definitely less water pressure than the shower head I was replacing.

Not a high-pressure handheld at first
While I really enjoy this handheld shower wand, it was definitely not "high-pressure" right out of the box. To get the full pressure from your wand you'll need to get a pair of needle-nose pliers and pull the light-blue eco-insert out of the wand head.

Adjusts easily for family members of different heights
This is the perfect replacement for our previous adjustable shower head that wore out after several years. It installed perfectly in the same holes from the previous screws. It adjusts easily for tall and short people, and the flexibility of using it hand-held is great.
