They truly have a reputation and I've always been impressed with the quality of their salt. No other salt is used in my home. This salt comes from the Mediterranean Sea and is harvested in a very simple process giving you pure natural sea salt. The price is also very good compared to other natural sea salt.

I keep this salt in my kitchen to clean my frying pan. Nice-sized crystals which scrub away all the cooking debris. I don't now how I got along before without this salt.

We use the coarse for rubbing meat that we are going to grill, in the boiling water for pasta and many other recipes. It is much more flavorful then the fine grind so when using we are very cautious on the amount we use. This is the real deal pure salt nothing added.
