Q: Notification if a door is left open? Is there a way to set a delay lets say 5 mins so if the door left open for 5 min or more, it notifies via alert?

Q: How many eufy security ***entry sensors** can be used per base station? how many cameras can i use simultaneously with said sensors?

One HomeBase can support up to 16 cameras and 16 entry sensor.

Q: Does the updated homebase 2 firmware expose these sensors to apple's homekit?

We are sorry that these sensors cannot support homekit.

Q: If power is lost and you have the plus monitoring service will you get notified of the power outage?

I am going to say no. It has to check in with them over the Internet and there could be numerous reasons that communications don't reach them. I would be surprised if it does actually check in regularly instead of just waiting to send an alarm alert. On my old alarm it has a battery backup and uses the landline phone to call in issues. So, if the power goes out it will use the battery backup to make a landline call and then the monitoring station will call me. Usually when the battery is low. I could be wrong but it's unlikely this configuration could support that notification. If you have a UPS that keeps your internet powered up then it, or the PC, can be configured to send an alert then it goes to battery.
