strong stuff
I'm catching fish on a jetty with 10 lb braid, sharp rocks, muscles, barnacles, etc.. This braid is strong and holds up. This allows me to size the line down which lets me cast farther. Limited out on fluke from shore today and i believe if i was not using 10 lb test i wouldn't have been able to catch and if i was using a different brand of 10 lb i would've caught and then broke off most of them. I'll be going with suffix for all my reels going forward. The extra cost is 100% worth it compared to the cost of jigs, plugs, bucktails, gulp, and lets not forget the main thing the fish. Yeah i'll pony up a little extra for extra durable braid. Its not snakeoil either look it up on youtube people do tests i was skeptical and then i used it today i pulled up a 5+ lb fish with the braid rubbing a rock i thought it was done for sure but it held up. I was shocked. EDIT: Update on this braid: The heavier weights like 30 lb are much more rope-like than other braids and seem to catch the wind a lot more especially when they get a little worn which happens quickly. It became really obvious one day when i was fishing along side a few other dudes in like a 20 mph cross wind i was using a heavier jig than them (3 oz) and still had problems getting it to sink without leaving a huge bow in my line and we tangled a few times because of that. This is still my go-to for 10 lb test but for 30 lb i really think a 4 strand braid just works better than 8. Maybe that is largely because I'm using rod w the 10 lb on it to catch smaller fish on nicer days and the rod w the 30 lb is for bigger fish and nastier weather. I'm still leaving it as 5 stars as its a great product it just does not work for ALL of my applications. tldr; Its very strong and resistant to breaking but not all that resistant to fraying which rapidly decreases its effectiveness under certain conditions like lots of wind.

Great braid!
Great line casts well and performs equally well! Over all impressive and seemingly small diameter than other braids.

Switching from Powerpro to Suffix permanently.
Used to use powerpro V1 and it looses color and frays way too much. Switched to powerpro V2 and it frays even more to where I have to cut off about 10’ of line. I checked all my guides and everything is perfect. It does it on 3 different rods. I tried this Suffix 832 and it’s amazing. No frays, holds color, and casts just as far. I’m now switching all of my reels to this.

not quite perfect
I've switch to braided line for a few seasons, using for both trout and small bass. Braided line is smaller dia than mono allowing me to use 10 lb test braided line rather than 4lb mono. I fish lakes and back bays often in shallow waters with rocks and grass often breaking mono lines, with braided that issue went away. The only issue is wind knots. Once braid knots you may as well cut it, almost impossible to untangle. Other than that and some color fade IMO braided line is superior to mono and worth the money

Great line for surf and bass
This is the best braid money can buy. It is strong, casts like a dream and the color stays on the string. I use it in all line weights and it lasts me years on surf rods in the ocean.

Suffix 832 50lb braid
Suffix 832 50lb is an excellent affordable durable that’s extremely strong and is some of the best casting braid I’ve used. I use it for flipping braid to 20lb leader with FG knot and Palomar knot braid to lure. Knock on wood, never had this line break. It does fade (no surprise) but all in all it’s a very good braid, reliable at a fair price that I will continue to use.
