Weber Hickory Wood Chunks

Great quality, worked well in my smoker.

I use these on my Propane BBQ in a small soup can. I remove the grate and place the can right onto the flame with it turned all the way down to low. I put my meat on the far side and it works really well. I prop open the lid slightly if I need the temperature to be lower. Works wonders to get some smoke onto your ribs etc.

This product is fantastic

Just the right touch of hickory flavor..heck the whole vicinity smells like a BBQ joint!
