Great Speaker!
Great speaker. I used this to upgrade a cheap Dollar store speaker and the sound is much improved. Sound is loud and clear, fit perfectly to replace the cheap speaker.

Excellent little woofers, very good quality.
I had a woofer go bad in a small speaker, these fit perfectly. Larger magnetic and appear to be better quality. This one is a little bass-ier, probably because there is no whizzer cone. Sound quality is very good though and do is the volume ( good efficiency for a small speaker). Bought last summer and still working great. I am very happy, will probably buy another and just swap out the one in the other speaker too.

Lacking on High Freq But Worth the Price
Like others of said, I’m not sure the speakers are full range. They are loud and sound good, however, the speakers that I was replacing were much more crisp and hit the high frequencies better. However, these speakers are very well-built, with a heavy magnet and a high quality cone. Two of these and a tweeter sounds great for small applications.

Sounds as good as the original AND cheaper than replacing the whole speaker unit
This is an odd review to write since it's kinda' out of my expertise area, but here goes: Bought this to replace a blown out full range in a Bluetooth speaker. Is just a tad bigger than the original 3" full range but still fit the enclosure and mounting holes with no modification needed. Sounds as good as the original, if not better, and a LOT cheaper than replacing the whole speaker unit. Don't know what else to say, I can't go all audiophile for this one, it's just a fun DIY way to prolong the life of and maybe improve the sound of aging speaker units. Update 4/24/19: Yes 2.5 YEARS after my original review and the little speaker is still going strong despite spending it's life outside, covered and in the shade but you can't hide from 115*F degree ambient temperatures in the summer, plus our dust storms that get grit everywhere. Rock on cheap little speaker!!! UPDATE 8/7/2020: Yes it still works!!! After almost 4 years in an outdoor Bluetooth speaker, in the AZ desert, the little speaker is still working! UPDATED UPDATE 1/10/2022: The little speaker that could is STILL WORKING! However the plastic outer housing of the speaker unit is no longer weather tight and has gotten brittle, the battery no longer holds a charge and must be plugged in to work, BUT this replacement speaker itself is soldiering on MORE THAN 5 YEARS LATER even though the rest of the speaker is coming apart. May have to take it out when the housing finally comes apart and mount it on a plaque or something

Very Good at a Good Price
I have a set of "History of Music" Book Shelf speakers. Roughly 11x8x4 and look like large books. The drivers started failing, one in each speaker was kicking in and out. These were a exact fit and sound great. I compared the sound Old vs (1 Old & 1 New) vs New. The old worn out speakers sounded brighter but also had some rattling distortion. One old and one new sounded the best but also had the distortion from the old speaker. I ended up using all four, two per speaker and equalized just a bit. The bass and mid range is tight and they handle a full 10 watts easily. I also compared using a frequency sweep where the tweeter used to handle most of the mid-high and all of the high frequencies. The old original 3" speakers started fading around 1000 Hz. These GRS 3FR-4 speakers don't fade till 1400-1500 Hz. The crossover circuit is the same so that means the old speakers cannot reproduce the higher frequencies as efficiently. I have to say these are great speakers, especially for the price. :-)

Good Speaker for the money
I purchased this speaker for a project my 11-year-old Son was working on. The speaker arrived in good condition and appears to be well made. Installation was pretty much standard fare for speakers. Nothing extraordinary to speak of in that category. The speaker functions well enough and has a good sound. I am no audiophile so my expectations may be a little lower than most. It is a good mid-range driver. The highs are satisfactory for my Son's project. The lows are a little gnarly at lower frequencies but to be honest I did not expect it to behave like a $200 driver. It seemed to work well for what it is designed for.

Best $10 loudspeaker - ever!
Update: Cost 50% more now. Trump's gift to you, I assume. Have to drop two stars. I bought two to use as "testers" in a pair of folded Voigt boxes I recently built. I'm amazed at how good these 3" speakers sound in this application. I'll be getting some more expensive drivers to replace them at some time (that's always been the plan), but I am very satisfied for now with how well these inexpensive little guys sound. When I do replace them with higher end drivers, I'll likely pick up six more and build an array system speaker set. At $10 a pop, they are an experimenter's dream.

Cheap and Great
I bought these speakers for my first build your own speaker project. Picked these because they were cheap and every website I found them on had great reviews for them. I have to agree, these little guys are definitely worth it. I am very pleased with these speakers.

I bought this just for experiment to replace a cheap Bluetooth speaker driver. The sound, it can achieve fuller bass (not sub bass of course, no distortion at full volume, speaker Amp is only around 10 watts though. It is loud. I wonder what is the actual power of this little one. It certainly gives the ummp! The only very little draw back is that the higher frequency is not that elaborate. But all in all, it is indeed full range and produces rich sound. Highly recommended. I already ordered a second one. Thank you!
