I had almost bought the Green style of Cane that my Physical therapy office has. It was $30 on here at one point but after a few weeks it jumped to $40 and has not come down since. For $22 shipped this was worth it. The material is not quite as good of quality as the green one, but it works just fine. Assembly is just screwing two rods together. I use this for muscles in the top of my left shoulder on days when I don't go into therapy.

I like everything about this Hook. I was really surprised about the relief it gives. The balls are perfect for movement on the muscles. The pointed probes can give pinpoint concentrations. The instructions included are awesome in showing the position used on the body. I alternate using it on different parts of the body doing the week. I get more relief from this tool then going to pay for a massage. The range of motion allows one to get to key areas of your choice. The Hook is strong and durable. The Hook comes in two and attaches by way of Screwing knob. It can work itself slightly away. Just make sure it is tighten to the max.

This tool could be useful for muscles I guess. I thought that was my problem but it turned out to be something else. I think it could be good on pressure points. My Chiropractor said that using it on muscle tissue could cause further inflammation to an already inflamed tissue. I wanted to return it but I missed the deadline.

I am extremely pleased with the cane. I have been going to physical therapy after shoulder surgery and this item was recommended by my therapist. It is used to massage muscles that are almost impossible to reach with your hand. I absolutely love this for helping with my chronic back pain and spasms. I highly recommend this product.

Super handy when you have muscle pain in the shoulder blade area that you can't otherwise reach to work out. It would be a tiny bit sturdier if it were all one piece but I like the flexibility to take it apart and pack it if you travel. If you have a thicker middle section the hook may be a little narrow, harder to work your lower back.

This is a game change. My muscles along my shoulder blades are so tight they feel as hard as a wall. I got this and within an hour of having it I feel so relaxed. The tension is gone. I can push harder than my massage therapist can and get those areas that really need the extra push. Just buy it. You won't regret it. When I press really hard I feel it kind of give a little so I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time. That is my only compaint.

I did not receive the extra round tip, but I can live without it. It is sturdy, if you break it, you are pressing waaaaay too hard. The two-piece design makes it possible to break it down and pack it in your luggage if you want to take it with you. It did not come with a manual, but there's a lot of info online so it's not hard to find guidance.

I’ve always wanted one of these! I however, didn’t know the ball on the end of the hook was pointed. It’s still useful and great but ouch! I’ll still keep it, the other points are perfect for use. Super easy to put together. One screw and the two pieces just slide into each other.

The ball at the end of the hook is pointed. It should have been rounded instead. This not effective.

I get trapezoid pain, it’s so good for getting that one little burning spot in your back no human can help with, I’ve limited mobility, this doesn’t require any special moves, just place, and weigh it down and it gets in there! Easy to use, durable, and can be used for feet legs and back, lower higher… I also use it to reach boxes off a shelf…

The quality is not there like I'd hoped. It feels like it will snap if you push to hard when using it on myself. Ok if you are using it on someone else.
