Its a pretty basic but nice piece of kit. I wish that it had a tamper or at least a poker though. A reasonably packed bowl, when lit by wick, will typically need packing or poking by halfway through, whereas a lighter will typically envelope more/deeper. I actually just bought this for the wick, as it was the fastest delivery option and I just figured I could try out the lighter case too. The wick works fine, not too ashy, and can be easily shook out if you aren't using a holder with a snuffer.

This thing is simple, yet ingenious. We live in times with astounding technology around us, most of it incomprehensible to normal people. I'm an IT guy and even I don't understand exactly how microchips work. But when you see something like this... so simple, yet so useful and perfect in execution, you really get an impression of the ingenuity for clean designs that "just work." I will note, I see people posting pics of their Hemplights that doesn't fit a lighter right, and wick that isn't Beeline Hemp roll... I got actual Beeline hemp and the correct product. Look closely at the pics of those disappointed shoppers, their product is a knockoff. This is the danger with ordering from Amazon sometimes, the counterfeits get mixed in with the genuine article. I got the real deal, and it's perfect.

Great product. I’ve bought other brands in the past and this one is my favorite. Clean burning and doesn’t shed little burned bits after use. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful, innovative invention, must have for all my fellow stoners out there. Let me put it to you this way, if Gandalf the Grey didn’t know magic, he would use this to smoke with his pipe.

I received 2 empty holders, a bundle of wick and very basic, but comprehensive and clear instructions. The wick is quite rigid (see pic), I think it's just hemp soaked in beeswax and wound when wet. The holders are plastic but sturdy, feel nice, and perfectly fit a bic lighter. Super basic but it works perfectly, saves gas for longer burns and doesn't even inhibit normal function of the lighter should you want to use it quickly without the wick. This is so simple and effective that it should just be normal imo. Also, I have no idea why you would, but if you somehow end up tasting it you may be pleased if switching from gas. Cheers 🙃
